We were originally booked on the Aloha deck with an uncovered balcony. We got this changed to C626 which is right next to the stairs and elevators. We never heard any noise from either so that was good. The balcony was half-covered and was nice when it was raining. I could step back and still get good pics/views of the glaciers and scenery. The was a faint odor in the room but I'm not sure what it was. Seemed to be coming from the drapes. Shower was very small. I'm not a large person and I had trouble showering in there. Most of the activities on the ship are on the middle decks so if you like to take the stairs keep that in mind instead of booking on a higher deck. There is a door at the back of the ship in the Caribe deck that opens onto a small deck that was not crowded at all. We could get good views of the glaciers from there. Good room. I would book it again.  Read entire member review.

Cabin A302 on the Aloha deck had a covered balcony. It was a quiet room, with no external noise that I was aware of. I was concerned as it appeared to be directly under the men's restroom located above in the buffet, but heard absolutely nothing. It was a convenient location for us.  Read entire member review.

Deck 11 balcony stateroom. Great location, great balcony, more than sufficient room. Bathroom small but more than adequate. Only 2 decks down from the food and sundecks. not too far to walk.  Read entire member review.

Perfect for viewing the Panama Canal, port side balcony. Usual tiny shower but otherwise great cabin, convenient to elevators and buffet.  Read entire member review.

A very nice stateroom. Good sized closet, space under bed for suitcases, desk & 2 chairs. Closet with programmable safe. Shower. Plenty of room for 2 people. Nice balcony position (fully covered) by balcony above and large eave of the ship - nice during rainy, misty days...could still use the balcony!  Read entire member review.

We were in B420 with a balcony. The balcony was covered and we enjoyed it on Glacier viewing days. Our room was wonderful, except for the bed. One side of the mattress was really saggy. We didn't complain, DH just switched sides with me. It didn't bother him, but the mattress really needs to be replaced. Lots of closet space and plenty of drawers. We were close to an elevator, but didn't create much noise.  Read entire member review.

Middle of the ship Baja deck. Opened our balcony with friends (next door). Small shower, but expected it. Overall it was great.  Read entire member review.

Cabin B528 Port side just the right size for two people. All of our ports we docked on the port side by chance. Never heard any noise out in the hallway although our stewards area was across from us. He never made any noise.  Read entire member review.

B439 this cabin with balcony is in the midship bumpout. The balcony was adequate. We had the partician opened between our cabin and the cabin next door by request and there was plenty of room for 6 people to share the a balconies, 3 on each side, in a chair (2 chairs brought out from the cabins. This cabin is just to the left getting off the elevator. NO noise from the elevator or adjoining rooms.  Read entire member review.

very nice by liltravlr
Yup, very small shower. Everything else had plenty of room. Nice and quiet, thank God! Compared to Carnival nightmare, it was a pleasure to actually be able to sleep at night. Room steward and room service staff were sweet. They have to do something about smokers on balconies, though. Pollutes the whole side of the ship. The morning show put on by Billy and Boogie made my day! Nat the Brazilian, Jorge from Mexico, and Mel from England were exceptional cruise direction staff. Jorge and Nat made themselves available to dance with all of us (too many) single ladies, Nat's Brazilian dance class and Jorge's Spanish classes were awesome, and Mel took the time to chat and had the guts to sing karaoke for our pleasure. Kudos to waitstaff Alex (Mex)for finding me dining mates, John (India) for remembering how I like my mocha, Francisco (Mex), Ricardo (Peru) and Jorge (Peru) in Horizons for getting me everything I needed, Denis (Ukraine) in Bordeaux for his jokes, Alejandro (Mex) in Explorers for learning salsa with me, and Diego (Peru) for smiling even at early morning room service; the crew made this ship. I hope I am not forgetting someone! Panama Canal itself is a phenomenon not to be missed. My only wish would have been a few more single men my age! (43)  Read entire member review.
