Good quiet spot - great to have a balcony and patio door for private sunbathing and fresh air (when there is noro on the boat).  Read entire member review.

6063 The cabin was ample. The location was great. We weren't too high up, too far fore or aft, and being on deck 6, it was an easy walk to 4 for dinner or entertainment and 10 for breakfast, lunch, or the pool. A few helpful pieces of information: They provide shampoo, conditioner and bar soap. They have a hair dryer that blows a gale and I (thankfully) had taken my own. Drawers and cabinets seemed sparse but once we finished unpacking, we realized we had ample room. I took an extra 20 metal hangers or so and used them, although there were probably enough hangers to get by with if I had doubled up on some outfits. We were able to put our suitcases under the bed, but husband had to lift them so I could get them under the frames were about the same height as our big suitcases. Husband thought the beds were comfortable, and I'm not so sure, but I'm not complaining. The only disturbing factor related to the room was that the life boats were immediately below us and instead of being recessed as they are on many other cruise lines, they protruded, partially obscuring the view if we wanted to look straight down, but we quickly got used to that and it wasn't bothersome.  Read entire member review.

Cabin 6093 2B This was just a normal veranda cabin. Adequate storage for us (we travel light). The veranda was small with 2 upright chairs and a tiny table. The shower was good size. There was a lifeboat below our veranda railing--but not obstructing--just could only see the lifeboat straight down. Access to the Main elevator and stairs was close. This was a connecting room--but we were not bothered by any noise from the other room. Adequate room for suitcases under the bed--we had to open one of them and it slid under easily. There is a clothesline in the shower. The hair dryer is just adequate--not a lot of umph--but it works.  Read entire member review.

We had cabin 8033 - on level 8, Category 2B with balcony. We loved our cabin. It was in a great spot on the ship (front left hand side) close to the lifts but not too close to hear noise. It had a queen bed with room underneath for storing suitcases, a little double couch, small desk and chair, lots of mirrors (one whole wall), small fridge, and quite large wardrobe with double hanging space as well as a set of draws and shelves. We took extra clothes hangers with us but there were enough there. The bathroom was small and the shower had a shower curtain - which I hated - but it was very functional. The balcony was large enough and had a small table with 2 chairs. We enjoyed spending time here.  Read entire member review.

Our cabin was a bit small, but adequate. The balcony was just right. The upcoming refurbishment of the cabins is well-timed, however, we found no overt wear or tear that was bothersome. Plenty of storage space. It's good to hear that flat screen TV's are coming - because the antiquated 20 inch now in the cabin was not working well, as was the remote. The bathroom was the best organized and had more space than our previous cruises with other lines. Nice and quiet, with a rare sound coming from the outside.  Read entire member review.

I knew this cabin was adjacent to the aft elevators, but I did not realize the constant dinging of the elevators would be so irritating, especially early in the morning and late at night; although this did not bother my companion.  Read entire member review.

Constellation 8159: right near aft stairs and elevator. Very quiet except for the occasional elevator ding is one was really listening Constellation 3031 repetitive noise like a sucking sound every 2-3 minutes bothersome enough to interupt sleep or keep one from sleeping completely.  Read entire member review.

SUPER FABULOUS by natbristep
our room 9173 has a good view. My husband and I are power boaters here at home and enjoy watching the ship docking. Our first day at sea he on the balcony around (9am) looking at the water when we noticed a small school of dolphins swimming along the ship. This was our first time to witness this!!! They only negative I can think of is the sound of carts wheeling down the halls very early in the morning (5 am ish). I figured it was the stateroom attendants preparing for their day of cleaning. But I would like it if there were clocks in the rooms. Or a button on the phone that you could touch and the time would light up. Plus the blow dryers need to be updated. Not enough power to dry hair good enough.  Read entire member review.

We were in stateroom #9173, which is on the 9th deck, roughly in the middle of the ship, but a bit towards the back. We chose this room specifically because we enjoying being only one floor down from the pool and buffet (it's easy to walk up and down the stairs), but also we noticed the angle of the ship's construction afforded us an extra few square feet of space on our balcony. The extra space on the balcony was quite nice to have, however, I imagine most balconies afford enough space for two people to sit comfortably anyway. Inside the room, we had a queen bed, with two night tables. Each night table has a lamp hard-wired into the table with an on/off switch. There was also a full closet, lots of drawers, desk, a fridge, couch (really only big enough for one person) and a small glass coffee table. In the washroom, there was a full shower, but unlike the solstice class ships, there was a shower curtain instead of a sliding door. The space in the shower was ample, but the rest of the bathroom was rather small. Only one person at a time could make use of the bathroom, however, not a big deal. Most of the storage in the bathroom was under the sink, not like a medicine cabinet next to the sink, as found on the Solstice Class ships. One huge drawback I found in the washroom as compared to the Solstice Class ships is the fact the ventilation in the washroom was nonexistent. Once you would turn on the hot water in either the shower or the sink, the whole bathroom would steam up in seconds, and it would turn into a sauna. The only way to get rid of the steam was to open the bathroom door -- but that would inevitably heat up the rest of the stateroom. I remember in the Solstice and Equinox, there was an amazing suction vent in the shower that would suck up the steam as you were in there, so the mirrors wouldn't fog. I found the steam issue to be a bit of an inconvenience. One of the biggest issues I found with the stateroom was noise from the floor above us. Our stateroom was located directly underneath the buffet restaurant, and you would hear noise at all hours of the night from what I assume was the staff preparing foods. Often things would fall on the floor, or you would hear the sounds of carts rolling. It wasn't a huge issue, but would make me re-think getting a stateroom under a restaurant again.  Read entire member review.

Hook me up! by Princepaddy
We were in cabin 8006. It was towards the front of the ship but had advantages. The location was quiet, was a stateroom only deck with few people in the hallways, away from the congestion of the elevator, and a short ride on the forward elevator to the pool, buffet, and theater. It did offer the feeling of seclusion away from the closeness of the pool loungers and buffet bullies.  Read entire member review.

Towards the aft of midship. Good position with elevators and stairs not too far a walk.
Not overlooked and no obstruction to view- just above the lifeboats.

Category 2B veranda cabin on deck 9 just below the Seaside Cafe. Not roomy but adequate. Balcony was decent size with two chairs and a small table. Small desk and oversized chair (not really a love seat or sofa). Closet was generous.  Read entire member review.
