6066 Superior Verandah Suite (cat SY) - a large Queen bed (which could be 2 singles) and an excellent Single bed (from sofa but very comfortable)and plenty of space for 3 adults. Shower and separate bath with good plentiful supplies of body wash,shampoo & conditioner (no need to bring your own)and a Double sink. We used the shower over the bath as it gave us more room. The balcony was spacious for all 3 of us to be on it at the same time. There is room in the safe for an iPad (Mk1)in case and plenty of space in the cupboards and various drawers (including 2 under the bed). We put all our suitcases under the bed. It was kept clean and had adequate outlets for charging cameras etc though we did use a power strip as we had a lot of equipment.  Read entire member review.

Balcony: rusty balcony; door rusty (outside). Plus point, plenty of privacy. breakfast table pitted and scarred and well overdue for replacement rattan cane furniture generally good but beginning to unravel on legs. stuffing coming out of split cushion Cabin: bit on the dull side (light absorbing beige colour used on walls); PLENTY of space and storage space - excellent in this regard; inner vestibule curtained off, so no light or noise from outside and if you went to the bathroom overnight, you could use the light without disturbing your partner. We Stayed in an SY Suite 6099, was very spacious, had more room than we needed, never even used the drawers, used the shelves in closet. We were just shy of mid-ship portside on the 6th level/upper veranda. Bathroom was also very large, had two sinks, whirlpool tub/shower along with an addional shower stall. Large Blacony as well, had two chairs and a table as well as two lounge chairs. Very quite room, never heard any neighbors, there were no rooms across the hall from us, and very rarely ever heard anyone in the hallway, overall a great location and room, would reserve again in a heart beat.  Read entire member review.

Cabin SY 6104 was a quiet location, convenient to aft and mid elevators. At times the whole hallway would smell of cooking odors (garlic, fish, meat) but it did not last long and only a couple times invaded our cabin. Storage was ample with lots of hangers.  Read entire member review.

Room was very good with good size balcony. Located in AFT of the ship and was close to a elevator which we could take to arrive very near the restraunt for evening dining. No noise problems One in our party did use wheelchair. Crew very accomodating in helping to push wheelchair when in dining room, helping to carry food tray in Lido Cafeteria. Our cabin was a Superior Veranda on deck 8 mid-ship. I really like this type room for the extra width (rather than length) that it provides. It feels very comfortable and uncrowded. There was plenty of space for in cabin breakfast room service. The veranda was nicely equipped with two chairs and footstools plus a table with 2 chairs. This cabin, and the entire ship for that matter seemed a little chilly and beyond the ability of the room thermostat to marginally control. The dry-docking did provide our cabin with a new and fresh carpet, Bed and linens were of high quality and comfortable. This room also had a double sink, and a shower separate from a tube with jacuzzi. There were minor chips and spots on the cabinets and walls which were normal wear and tear on a ship this age.  Read entire member review.

Superior Veranda - Great balcony (four chairs - one large table). Three tall closets, under bed storage, and large bathroom storage shelf. Comfortable bed, six pillows (soft, med, hard). Large couch. Quality bed linens. Tasteful room decor/colors. Two chairs - not very comfortable. Small desk area. Only two outlets in main cabin. One non-polarized outlet in bathroom. Heavy, quality towels.
