Mid-Ship Inside Cabins 45 Reviews
Great for up to four guests, these staterooms come with two lower beds that convert into a queen-size bed additional bedding to accommodate up to two more guests. Because these are mid-ship staterooms, you'll have easy access to everything fun and exciting on board.

1st time NCL letdown by gsande3006
Usual sized inside cabin.Asked for eggcrate which helped w/ bed.Had broken closet door hinge and sink/shower water problems that were resolved after 6 phone calls and 45 min wait.Needs more bathroom storage and larger screen television.Very noisy behind and above cabin. We thought we had researched well and that there were only other inside cabin's above us but not so.  Read entire member review.

Had a great time! by retiring soon
Cabin 10105 was in a good location close to the mid ship elevators & was served by a great steward Rainhard. We never heard any noises so it was good for sleeping.  Read entire member review.

Cabin 10159 The cabin was very adequate for all our belongings and we heavily over packed. I recommend bringing an over the door (clear pocket) shoe organizer for those with lot`s of toiletries. Put it over the bathroom door and you will easily find all your lotions & potions at your fingertips. Our luggage fit under the one bed.We requested egg crate mattresses on our beds and extra pillows pre-cruise.We found this cabin location very convenient to the elevator and we liked being mid ship. We had no noise issues.  Read entire member review.

Not much storage- but adequate for an inside cabin. Equidistant from two midships elevators on the starboard side. No bizarre noises or leaks. Comfortable beds but a shower door that was basically transparent.  Read entire member review.

Avoid the NCL Dawn by snorkelgirl1
typical inside cabin. I was only occupant so size was fine. Had a "fold down" bed on bulkhead, and cannot imagine anyone having three people in the room. Size was as expected. Found the bathroom larger and better designed than others. Shower doors extended to form enclosure, vs curtains, which I likes. Flat screen TVs' on/off button glows so strongly at night, that I used duct tape to cover it so I could sleep. Closet has good location and temperature control was accurate and functioning.  Read entire member review.

10559 - Inside stateroom that slept 4 Family of four in an inside stateroom. At night it was almost wall-to-wall beds. We were on a 10-day cruise so we had a lot of clothes with us. We were able to store all of our luggage underneath the beds but didn't have much shelf or drawer space for all of us. Only 1 bathroom space. Toilet, sink and shower stall all together.  Read entire member review.

Thin walls, easy to hear sounds from other rooms. Shower was larger then most on Royal Caribbean.  Read entire member review.

Inside cabin on deck 10. It was a nice room with a great bathroom, loved the shower with tile floor and real doors! The wood is nice but creaks a lot when at sea making it hard to sleep. Plenty of storage for 2 people but not made for more than that. Beds are hard but they are supposed to be upgrading them very soon.  Read entire member review.

Small but good use of space. A great layout for the bathroom. Plenty of room.  Read entire member review.

10607 was a very comfortable room. It is laid out sideways as it is the last room in the group. I loved that room. It was quiet at night even though it was close the the atruim elevators, I was surprised.  Read entire member review.

This room is gorgeous.. Plenty of room to store your things, bathroom is nice... beds are super comfy... there is ample room for three (there were only two of us) and we loved it!

Inside cabin selected on this one as I expected very little scenery between destinations. That was largely the case other than for the large waves caused by the winds. No concept of time when in an inside cabin though (first time traveling that way) and would wake up having no idea what time it was. In a suite they give you a large digital illuminated clock. They can put those to better use in the inside cabins instead! May be the most economical way to travel but going forward I will go no lower than a room with a window view. More than enough space in the cabin for what was needed though indeed compact. Beds were not as comfortable as on some other trips but more than adequate.

Cabin 10661 is an inside on Deck 10 centrally located near the main elevators. We found the room very quiet. The room is of course on the small side but that is to be expected. No problems with the rooms, all was in order. Two people is fine. Three would be a squeeze. Four would be impossible. A chair and table are in the room but we just laid in the beds when we were in the room. Bathroom is tight when sitting on the toilet for us longer legged folk. Water pressure and temp was superb. The only problem with the centrally located rooms on the Dawn is that the central elevators are incredibly inefficient due to the small size of the elevators and the ship's design and traffic patterns. We found ourselves walking to the forward or aft elevators whenever possible and usually using the stairs if we were only going up or down 1-3 floors. But that is less about the room and more about its location. This is a very quiet floor and worth upgrading from the cheapest rooms if noise is a concern.

cabin set up needs to be changed if there is three or more in a room, we had three people and we all had to end up sleeping in the one lower bed in order to watch tv.  Read entire member review.
