Closet was adequate but shelves for putting items was located inside of closed instead of drawers that could be accessed from outside. This was very poor design. TV was old style & station selection poor. Other ship have better utilization of space. Balcony was small but adequate & enclosed. Not my favorite. Beds were comfortable. Nightstands on NCL consist of an open metal table which is not adequate. There was only one in the cabin. It was relatively quiet in cabin throughout voyage. A bit rougher than midship.  Read entire member review.

9028 is toward the front on the starboard side of the ship. There is a tiny table next to the wall, then the queen bed then the love seat sized couch (which I guess can be a bed) There is a square table under the TV shelf and in front of the sliding door to the balcony. I think this table is meant to be available to use with the couch and the chair if dining in room or as a desk. The chair we used to hold our room service tray on the balcony sometimes. There are 2 adjustable back chairs and a tiny table on the balcony. The balcony was covered. It wasn't too windy to sit out there or anything. We enjoyed turning off the a/c in the cabin and leaving our door open when we were in the room. The cabin is not far from the front elevator/stairwell. I found it helpful being so far one end of the ship I could always turn to the front and find it. We had no hallway noise except the room stewards occasionally. There is a small fridge filled with a mini-bar. We brought a water bottle to keep refilling and kept in the fridge. There was a hair dryer and one plug (bring extension cord!) at one mirror/vanity table. The hair dryer was plenty strong for me. There is a small safe, our netbook fit in it along with our wallets etc. There is more than enough storage in the bathroom (use shelves below sink). The showers are nice size with sliding doors that keep water out of rest of bathroom. The toilet area is small with a sliding door we never used. I don't think there were any cabins across from us. Must have been storage. This deck is very convenient to everything around the ship. The bed was very hard. There were lots of pillows to choose from. It's nice having an a/c control right in our cabin. This cabin had a door to the next cabin if you were traveling with others.  Read entire member review.

NCL Dawn... by TEE703
Very quiet location. Beautiful bathroom with sliding door in shower and sliding door separating toliet. Balcony small with chairs much too large for the space. Plenty of closet, shelf and drawer space. Extremely comfortable bed and bedding. Coffee maker in cabins...that was a bonus!!! Wish all cruise lines did that!  Read entire member review.

Fantastic Norwegian Dawn by kittycrusin08
Cabin 9216 provided ample space and was well arranged. The balcony was very private and roomy. Storage was adequate. The cabin was very quiet and we enjoyed the location.  Read entire member review.

9566 was poorly laid out and if kept cleaner by the Porter would have been great. Great location.  Read entire member review.

Cabin: We had a balcony cabin on deck 9 forward port side (#9566). The bed was comfortable and had many pillows. The bathroom was functional. The shower was big enough and had a door instead of a curtain which kept the floor dry. The toilet was sectioned off in an area that could be made more private by closing the sliding frosted door. It was snug with the door closed but not impossible. One opportunity for improvement was the sofa sleeper. It looked a little worn out and should be replaced. The TV was a nice flat screen (last year it was an old school picture tube TV). We did not have a lounger on our balcony. It was 2 chairs and a table. Other balconies had 1 lounger and a chair (along with a table.) I imagine you can have a lounger if you ask the room steward. It was not a problem for us. The air conditioning worked great. Closet/drawer space was not an issue as there were only two of us and we pack lightly. As I mentioned earlier, we brought a cooler bag loaded with a case of Diet Coke and Coke Zero each. Every evening I left the room steward (Bago) a note requesting he fill it with ice every day (along with a couple of bucks for his extra effort). He exceeded our expectations throughout the cruise.  Read entire member review.

I found the cabin to be fine. I would have liked to have had some other things such as a pad of paper and a pen on the desk. Lotion and mouth wash in the bathroom. I found the closet to be ample and my husband and I over packed for the 7 days. the balcony was good but wished we couldhave opened the door between as we were traveling with a relative. Another outlet would have greeat as well  Read entire member review.

Balcony room for 3 is "cozy" but adequate. Wouldn't want to have 3 in there though. Nice swival flatscreen tv. Suitcases easily fit under bed. Plenty room for our clothes and a clothesline in shower for hanging wet stuff. Like the privacy doors between toilet, washbasin, and shower. Easy access to stairs/ elevators. Quiet during our cruise. With waves occasionally up to 7' could feel gentle slapping of water against stern of ship at times which resulted in very minor movement - less than provided by those quarters in a bed! Balcony shows some wear (rust streaks). Has two chairs, one which reclines some.  Read entire member review.

Great location deck 10 a bit forward of the center of the ship, quiet, in excellent condition. Bathroom was small (a bit smaller than veranda cabin bathrooms on other ocean ships I have been on) but very usable.  Read entire member review.
