Mid-Ship Oceanview Picture Window Cabins 35 Reviews
With room for up to four guests, these Oceanview Staterooms come with two lower beds that convert into a queen-size bed and additional bedding to accommodate up to two more guests, as well as a picture window with a great view. These are mid-ship staterooms, which means you'll be right near everything on board.

Never Again Norwegian by Heaven6566
5038 is below the Casino and there is a machine that sounds like whales mating right above the bed. The walls are paper thin and everything going on in 5050 is heard clearly. Loved the layout of the cabin and especially the bathroom. The blowdryers woek great.  Read entire member review.

Great Week on the Dawn by MichelleDavison
Cabin was pretty quiet, but we could hear children in the next room. Liked the window and being close to the sea. Very good design.  Read entire member review.

Cabin 5082: I wouldn't stay in it again - I'd suggest going higher in the ship so you only have guest cabins above and below you versus public areas. We had the hallway in the area of Le Bistro and the Gatsby's Bar above us, and were awakened a few nights by the sound of something heavy and loud being rolled down the hall. Otherwise the cabin was in a quiet location and convenient to restaurants and disembarking from the ship while in port. Not bad, but definitely not as good a location as I've had previously.  Read entire member review.

A blast on the Dawn by cymbalmom
Cabin location was great. We were close to the elevators and stairs. We were also one floor down from the Aqua dining hall so we had easy access to it. We did not feel much motion of the ship. The bed was a little hard. We had plenty of storage space for our things. The bathroom has a separate toilet, sink and shower area. They are all separated by glass doors.  Read entire member review.

There were three of us in the cabin. The only thing tough was when we all took showers one after the other..we set off the heat sensor on the smoke alarm..TWICE...all was good..we just spaced out the showers.

We were in stateroom # 5118. Being that this stateroom was a connecting room, I was afraid that this could cause lots of noise but to my surprise, the room was quite quiet. We would sometimes hear a little "windy" noise which we believe to be the vacuum in the aqua dining room (located just above), this never woke us up or bothered us. The bathrooms are on the small side, but really you won't be spending the bulk of your time there. The room was clean, being a germ freak; I had brought a bit of cleaning towels (kills 99% germs) to do some extra "Cleaning" and besides from a little scrubbing this was pretty good for a "hotel"! The bed was very comfortable and the big picture window sure helped the room feel more "open"! The room was centrally located and made it so you couldn't really feel the movement of the ship. The television was good with 18 channels (10 promoting the boat). On the plus side lots of good TV shows when you just feel like doing nothing.  Read entire member review.

Outside State Room on Deck 5. Good size, Comfortable bed. Excellent Bathroom. Not insulated enough as the room next to us had two babies that cried all the time. Leave them home people.  Read entire member review.

Enjoyable by Contracting
Would have liked a bigger TV with more channels. It was very hard to read captions on bottom of TV from the bed. We had to keep getting up in order to read the news stations. Also a DVD player would be nice for movies.  Read entire member review.

The bathroom door was a little hard to get closed. You had to slam it to get it to stay shut or pull super hard or push on it hard to get it to close more softly. Otherwise, the room was in excellent condition!  Read entire member review.

Cabin was small but fine - no issues other than intermittent TV (bad cables)  Read entire member review.

Cabin 4550: Port hole view. Adequate to know if it is day or night. Position of the room port side forward makes getting to it a little tricky as some elevators do not reach that part of fourth deck. If one remembers to use the mid-ship elevators and to ignore signs saying to use the fifth floor aft stairway, reaching the room is a breeze. Just bear left and follow the corridor and voila', the cabin appears.  Read entire member review.

Dissappointing Dawn by Madcap Minx
We had tried a sea view instead of a balcony and found it small and uninviting.  Read entire member review.
