Our cabin was 1026. GREAT location to the lido deck and to everything else. Loved our towel animals every night, hardly ever saw our room attendant but everything was spotless. She brought us extra pillows when asked..we would pick this location again.  Read entire member review.
Best Vacation ever!!! by Tayjenks08

Our room was so convenient to the elevators and the lido deck. We didn't hear too much noise that would disturb my light sleeping. I would definitely go back to this room if we stay on the conquest again.

Spa Deck Cabin 1106 by IOPsychologist

This was the second Spa Deck cabin we cruised in on the same class of ships. First time was cabin 1104 on the Valor and now 1106 on Conquest. Both cabins are Port side and our cabin 1106 sailings was in shade except for the last leg from Costa Maya which was sunny. If you don't want to have people hanging above your balcony choose any of the first 3 cabins closest to the gym because they have a glass wall that keeps debris and people from your space. That would be 1102-1106. 1108 has the glass wall above too, but the first 3 cabins are more protected from on-lookers...we never saw 1 person hang out above us and we spent many hours out on our balcony. We love port side cabins...we find it hilarious to see the runners of shame before leaving each port and some ports put on a nice welcome performance too.
These cabins were not too windy to enjoy time outside...the glass walls and the partial overhead wall help keep the wind down. When you are seated, you are out of the wind.
These cabins are not noisy...I can see why they placed the Spa on this deck.
Both times we disembarked, we were called in the second round after those carrying out their own luggage. This didn't mean much to us since we didn't have a connection to make, but if getting off the ship fast is your thing...consider Spa Deck.

Our room met our needs just fine. There were 2 closets which had plenty of space for hanging clothes and another that had shelves that also had plenty of space. There were also some draws that I used to store makeup and such. The bathroom was small but I think that is typical! We brought an over the door shoe holder for our toiletries and it worked out perfectly and the counter wasn't cluttered. The kids fought over who was going to sleep on the bunk and who was going to sleep on the couch each night so they took turns. the window was great. Didn't get to see any dolphins or anything swim by but it was still nice to be able to look out and see that it was daytime and to see the water. It was great. Our room steward Josico was awesome!  Read entire member review.

Plenty of space, only complaint was the room was hot, the temp control was broke. Guest Services did give us a fan that did help at night.

It was much better than i thought. We did not hear any noise. Plenty of storage space. Shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water.  Read entire member review.
Rooms 1382 and 1384 - We picked these two rooms because they were adjoining so the kids slept in one and we slept in the other. 2 bathrooms were nice too. We were very impressed with the size of the rooms, especially the bathrooms, but didn't like being that low on the ship. We had a picture window in each room. Cabin steward was great and the rooms were kept very clean. We also noticed that we didn't have the cabin 'creaking' noises we had on some of the newer RCL ships.  Read entire member review.

We booked three rooms 2202, 2204, and 2206. we were in the last three rooms at the front left side of deck 2. except for the waves banging on the hull occassionally- it was a great location. no traffic past our rooms at night.

Cabin 2355 - OV cabin on main floor. Quiet location, nice window view. Perfect location for people that are afraid to get seasick because you can hardly feel the ship movement. The cabin accomodated 4 of us nicely. It was a little bit crowded when we were triying to get ready for dinner, but otherwise there enough room for the amount of time you spend in your cabin.  Read entire member review.

We were in 2474 Main Aft. This is a secret room that is bigger then the others. When we book again on a cruise we are going to book the same cabin. Very roomy.  Read entire member review.
Cabin was great, we had a balcony. We enjoyed being able to look at where we were without getting out of bed. The only disappointment had to do with the kids constantly running up and down the hallway at all hours of day/night.  Read entire member review.
Great balcony,Nice size room, Liked the pullman that dropped from the ceiling, very comfortable for the kids. King size bed was like an RV mattress, just not as good.  Read entire member review.
Cabin 6237 on Conquest is located right above the theater/lounge. It never really bothered me but you could hear the music from the shows.  Read entire member review.

Included nice King size bed with small balcony. Staff did excellent job keeping entire cabin clean.

Very Relaxing Trip by kjsunnyonthebeach

I believe our cabin was 6401, great location, I get sea sick with movement and I have noticed the lower and towards the middle I stay, the better. We were under the casino, but could not hear anything. We were pretty close to the elevators too. Laundry room just a few feet away. Never heard any noise.
I have had stay in cabins with balconies at the top, beautiful, but can't handle the movement.

The cabin was small, as expected, but livable since the room arrangement made good use of the space. Good use of mirrors to make the room feel more spacious. Comfortable bed, no strange smells, clean bedding, good lighting, and mostly quiet (only one night did noise from an event on the deck below intrude).

Our excellent cabin steward Pandita kept the room very clean, had a great and ready smile, was always polite, always knew our names, and was always timely in his work.

Opportunities for improvement in the cabin include:
1) There was only a single electrical outlet in the entire room. Even with the extension cord we brought, it was difficult to cover two cell phones and a laptop on one end of the room, and the medical CPAP machine on the other.
2) It would have been nice to have a clock somewhere in the room
3) The TV monitor was too dark and the controls were not evident. We probably should have asked for help on that one.
4) The ship-wide announcements were very difficult to hear when the door was closed ... should have speakers in the room with an on-off switch so guests have the choice as to whether to hear the announcements.

Awesome room, but right above the lounge where the comedians perform until late.

We had an inside cabin. We love them - dark and great for sleeping. We don't stay in our room long so we don't need all the other 'frills'.  Read entire member review.

Amazing balcony, unbelievable view, nice sized cabind with lots of storage space. Being on Deck 6, you do hear noise from the Degas Lounge below you but the last show is at midnight and lasts 30 minutes. If you are early to bed, this cabin may not be right for you. It did not bother us.  Read entire member review.
Great view but too close to the entertainment areas which made a noisy night until after midnight  Read entire member review.

Cabin 6458 on the aft upper deck. Had a aft view balcony with two reclining chairs, two regular chairs and a small round table. The cabin was normal carnival size. one electric outlet at the vanity and one in the bathroom.

On the floor below us was the comedy club. You could hear the sound from it almost like you were in the club itself. All was quiet after 11:30 pm, but before that no rest.

The staterooms were excellent. My husband and I had a Premium Vista Balcony Stateroom (aft) which was extremely roomy and featured an amazing wrap-around balcony - Enjoyed breakfast out there one morning and it was a great place to hang out when arriving or leaving a port! The 3 kids were in an inside stateroom which again was extremely roomy...Stateroom service was excellent and top-notch!! Loved finding the towel art left on the beds each evening.

cabin was clean, only issue we had was the shower didn't drain right the 1st night but was immediately taken care of. We found we couldn't open the balcony divider between our balcony and friends' balcony (7356). Cabin stewards were great the entire cruise.

Liked the balcony. Sure wish they could clean the 'glass' better so you could see through them at the vista. Beds were very comfortable. Closet space was adequate. Need, need, need more plug ins. Only one, and it isn't even in the bathroom. Very nice to have a blow dryer that didn't require the one plug-in. The water in the shower was super hot the entire time. We could not figure a way to cool it down. I would never have been able to put a child in there as it would have been way too hot for them. Bathroom could most certainly use a exhaust fan. All the hot steamy air goes out into the room and heats it up. The AC was good most days, but, we felt the temperature rise at night for some reason. Never heard any noise from surrounding cabins. Plenty of room for three people to move around. Housekeeping was great!  Read entire member review.

Crew area is nearby. There was some noise and hall congestion, but not too bad.

The location was horrific. It was directly across from pantry as well as storage unit for cleaning equipment which they only used at night. It was so noisy that I cannot even begin to explain it. There was no sleep in this cabin. Worst I have ever had. Do not book this cabin or you will regret it.  Read entire member review.

romantic enchantment by italiangirlfromBoston
Our cabin 7442 was suggested by the Carnival Cruise agent we spoke with and it was so nice and quiet and romantic. It was always clean and the bed was comfortable with quality high thread count sheets. The towels were plush, the robes in the room were excellent, never wanted to get dressed. We enjoyed the bottled water and chocolates. We were amazed and entertained by the nightly towel animals. The shower had excellent water pressure and so warm.  Read entire member review.

Room 8242. Great room, no complaints other than perhaps you can make it so that the cabin doors don't slam shut. Heard a lot of that. Not that big of a deal though!  Read entire member review.
Mostly Good..... by shucks59

We had a king bed with one upper twin pulled down, the room was what we expected and didn't expect much more from an interior cabin, however only having one outlet is my biggest complaint and the fact that the closets have so much extra bedding, that there wasn't enough space for our clothes. Also the room was always warm, one night the air conditioning went out completely and was out for several hours before kicking back on. Also, because you are right under Lido deck, there will be lots and lots of chair moving at all time of day and night. Also the cabin steward woke us up two different mornings at 8 am vacuuming the hallway.

Second Cruise/Great Time by Blessings357
My cabin was great; plenty of room for my clothes and necessities. The shower is too small, but I can deal with that. Room was very clean.  Read entire member review.
8361 interior twin beds: plenty of room for active 12 year old boys! Close to stairs, elevator and lido 8359 balcony: beds pushed together and comfortable. Nice to have a small table and sofa. Plenty of space (closet, drawers, bathroom). Balcony was great! I was afraid it would be loud since it was right under the lido deck but other than occasional scrapping of chairs we never noticed. It is a few doors down from the self-serve laundry which has a deep sink were we could rinse sand out rather than doing it in the room. Great location for us.  Read entire member review.

This was my first time with a balcony after four inside cabins and the extra room was greatly appreciated. My room was under the pool area and I could hear furniture being moved around in the middle of the night. It wasn't too loud but if you are a very light sleeper it could be a problem.

Stay away from this cabin, you DO NOT want to stay here. Not only do you get a lot of noise from the buffet upstairs, but it's also right in front of the station were the cabin steward get their sheets, linnens, ice, etc... Very very noisy.  Read entire member review.

Room 8392
Good location near the aft elevators. Quiet location and quick run up for ice cream and pizza. Some odd noise once in a while but nothing bad lasting just a few minutes. The A/C in cabin could have been cooler, in fact the entire area ( the hallway) was warm at times.

8418--room size was good--love the balcony.. BUT the room was NOT quiet. Very near the elevator "bing bing bing" and across the hall from the stewards closet? Lots of early vacuuming, doors slamming, etc...not my most restful cruise for sure!  Read entire member review.

LOVED IT! by cruiser1013
Room was a little small, nice balcony, great location on ship.  Read entire member review.
This was our first balcony and I loved it. I'm not sure if I would pay for a balcony again (the cost of this room was less than an inside 2 years ago on the Liberty), but would most likely try an oceanview over an inside after experiencing a balcony. The room had ample space and having a couch was really nice. It gave us a place to sit and relax if we weren't on the balcony. Our room, 9261, was close to the elevators and we wouldn't choose this area again. The ding of the incoming elevators was annoying at times.  Read entire member review.
We were in "modified' inside handicapped room 9286 on the lido deck. I was used to Carnival's rooms being a lot larger on their older ships; especially handicapped rooms. The room was attractive but wow was it small. The bathroom was huge. It had a shower seat, many bars to hold onto; and, I believe the toilet was a little higher. The entire floor was flat so that one could roll right into the shower if needed. The goodie bowl contained a ladies' razor, some Suave skin lotion and a sample size of tooth paste. Of course, there is a dispenser on the shower wall that has shampoo and liquid soap in it. We brought a transport chair as well as my husband's scooter and stored it in the shower. You walk into the room and to the left is the bed with just enough room to walk around it. Straight ahead is a small desk with a mini refrigerator under one side of the desk (empty) and a vanity backless stool with trash can under it beneath other side of desk. There were 5 drawers on the right of the desk. The first drawer contains the hair dryer which is permanently attached to the drawer. It worked pretty well and cord was long so you could take dryer with you into bathroom. If you close the door to the room, behind the door, is the closet. One side of the closet was for hanging clothes (with 10 permanent hangers in it) and the other side had 4 large shelves in it. It was adequate for storage as long as you have soft-sided luggage that fits under the bed. We pulled the scooter into the room and the only place to put it was in front of the bed and desk and you needed to leap over it to reach the bathroom (that's not going to happen). Thank goodness, they told us we could keep the scooter out in the hallway the whole time and didn't need to bring it in. There is no couch or even a chair with a back in the room. This was a little uncomfortable because the only place you could sit was in your bed. There was absolutely no place for entertaining or even putting down a food tray. The tv was tilted in a position that you could just make it out from the bed. The room was on full air conditioning the whole time but seemed a bit warm. It was not terrible but we would have liked it a bit cooler. We did bring a desk oscillating fan which we could not have lived without. The room was pretty quiet for the most part. Our friends in 9285 (the modified cabin on opposite side of ship) said they heard music some of the night but we didn't. The bed was comfortable. It was a little firm but I like it that way. It was very dark also. Don't forget your multiple plug adaptors, night light and extension cords. There is only one 220 outlet in the whole cabin. From this we had to plug in two CPAP's, our fan, the night light and charge my husband's scooter and cell phones. We didn't blow any fuses or anything, thank goodness. We did love being on this deck for the convenience of being able to get to the deck at any time and the food.  Read entire member review.
smaller than a hotel room but lots of shelf and cabinet space. quiet, great view from balcony, bed was not as comfortable as mine at home but it was decent. loved the bedding though.  Read entire member review.
Nice Cruise by JV101

Carnival assigned us to deck nine Lido balcony cabin 9289. The air conditioning in this cabin was not sufficient and the occupants of the cabins on either side of us had the same complaint. When we brought it to the attention of the guest services department, they did not even bother to send someone from engineering to check out the issue. Moreover, guest services projected an attitude of not being concerned and were unapologetic. Our cabin steward told us he receives the same complaint on every cruise and to contact guest services. We're sure guest services hears about the issue frequently and the problem must be something that is not easily rectified. We tried staying out of our cabin as much as possible so we could enjoy the air conditioning in the public areas of the ship and it was near impossible to sleep in our cabin. One other note, if you are staying in 9289 and enjoy a very warm cabin, be prepared for the sound of deck chairs being slammed around and stacked every morning at 2am on deck 10 above you. We would highly recommend that you avoid this cabin! Stay on a lower deck so you don't encounter deck noise.

Eastern Route is great by Bryancruiser
We crammed four people - parents and two 18-year-olds - into one of the cheap interior cabins and we did fine. We didn't spend much time there anyway. There's surprisingly good storage space. You just have to be organized. Beds are comforable. Shower is way too small, but we expected that. The crew was slow to get it cleaned each morning and evening. Sometimes we'd come back 3-4 hours later and they still hadn't done it.  Read entire member review.
Carnival Cruise #7! by Dogsstayedhome

As usual, plenty of storage space with the drawers and three closets, the window ledge is like a window seat, good place to let things completely dry in the sun. Bed was comfy, lighting very good. But we didn't have a chair this time, only a table. Curtains keep it so dark, I sleep better than at home!

was totally surprised on how much we wound up enjoying the inside cabin. nice and dark in morning and no awful sound intrusion. we're keeping these cabins locations secret.....don't want everyone picking them next time we're out for a cruise!  Read entire member review.
Comfortable bedding, plenty of storage for two women, take extra hangers, nice bathrobes provided, good variety of amenities, could not hear PA in room, had to open door to hear speakers in the hall. Ship layout is confusing and hard to get around, but I think that's common on most ships.  Read entire member review.

We had an inside cabin. It was very small, but had area's to unpack and hide luggage to keep the room clean. Noise level was tolerable, however, the crew had a hallway behind our room which we could often hear them working in.  Read entire member review.
