A Taste of Brilliance by AquaAdventurer

When it was time to get acquainted with our stateroom we were pleased. Located on the port side with a balcony it suffered a minor obstruction caused by the roof covering the promenade deck and lifeboats below - hardly a problem. Smallish but efficiently set up. Plenty of drawers, adequate closet space, good size bathroom with shower and lots of mirrors - not necessarily a good thing. Interesting how flat screen TVs have opened up a tad more arm swinging room. Timely arrival of luggage reduced the stress level - all arrived in good order. We were content.

Great location on Deck 7, great balcony, room for sun lounger and 2 chairs, nice and quiet.  Read entire member review.

This room was above Vintages and slightly above the edge of the Casino. You could hear just a little noise from the Casino later at night. Nothing to bothersome though. The room itself is a good location if you are on Deck 7, close enough to the mid-ship stairwells, but not too close. Note this room is on the opposite side of the side-mounted mid-ship elevators on this ship.

Cabin 8006 has a very reduced balcony and can only accomodate one chair at a time. We moved to 8030 that had a proper balcony but was far forward ( not what we booked) The 7th deck has bigger balconies.  Read entire member review.

Spectacular Landscapes by dasreiseteam
We had cabin 9500. We liked the location in front and on the starboard side of the ship. The bridge was a little close and interfered with some photos. Most of all the cigarette smoke from the bridge was annoying as it came right down into our room during stays in ports!  Read entire member review.

I liked the cabins although the air conditioning did't seem to work as well. If you get a balcony - make sure you are on floors 7 and above for the best view.  Read entire member review.

The cabin was perfect it was a wonderful quiet balcony. It was pretty spacious for a cruise ship and it was very clean.  Read entire member review.

This was our first balcony room. Though the cover for the life boats obstructed our view somewhat, we loved having a balcony. This room was our sanctuary. Not being able to find space around the solarium or main pool, we often went back to our balcony. Unfortunately we had neighbors who woke up very early and went to the balcony to loudly clear their throat and nasal passages. It sounded like we were in a hospital. I had to plug my ears and close our balcony door to avoid the hacking.
