Excellent midship location, close to elevators, very quiet. Small balcony, but quite adequate for a T/A. Good storage space both in cabin and in bath. Good in-bath shower. Read entire member review. |

We were in cabin #9017 and picked it because the first 5-6 cabins on decks 8-10 (both port side & starboard) have larger balconies(40% larger)at no increase in price. You are farther away from most of the public areas but the forward elevators seemed to be the least busy which allows fast access to the deck you want to get to. It also seemed like the shipped docked with the port side facing land so that side gives you a better view from your cabin. Read entire member review. |

Cabin 9022 is located on the Port side of the ship, several staterooms beyond the forward elevator bank towards the bow, which provided us with good access to about everything accept the laundry room which was quite a a hike down the corridor to towards the aft of the ship. This location, with passenger staterooms on either side of the hallway should provide you with peace & quiet unless you should have an extremely LOUD neighbor as the room's soundproofing is quite good and there is no cabin located across the hall.
The bath is ample sized with a marble vanity, two sink units, more shelving storage than we could fill, and an enclosed full sized tub/shower setup. It took a couple of days to discover that there were two large sized bath sheets on the shelf at the bottom of the stack...which were wonderful! Crystal also furnished each cabin with two large terry bath robes, as well as two additional lighter weight robes, and two pairs of rather cheaply made one-size fits all slippers which were a disappointment. Upscale toiletries, a hair dryer, and a room safe completes the list of extras that you may remove from your packing list...
Closet hanging space was more than adequate and ample hangers were provided. Drawer space within the closet, however, was not adequate for our needs and we ended up using the desk drawers near the veranda, but wished that space had been reconfigured. There are also two small nightstands on either side of the bed which will hold a PJ's and meds. Read entire member review. |

9121 is a standard deluxe cabin with verandah. I thought the design and quality of the interior was exceptional. Our bathroom was a nice size (two sinks, bath and shower) the closets were located where you did not block or have to stand in front of the door when you were dressing. We used perhaps half of our storage space. The furniture is comfortable, the air system wonderful and easy to use. The beds were firm but not hard, the pillows soft but not too squishy, the comforters were crisp and smooth to the skin. Regular adjustable bed side lamps and small reading lamps were excellent. The refrigerator was easy to access. The flat screen was well on a shelf above the refrigerator. Two blow dryers, one hanging in the bathroom and the other in a drawer by the vanity. Nice location in the back of the ship, short walk to the aft elevators. Cabins this far back have a slightly larger balcony which was nice. They had open cabins for viewing on the At Sea day. Identical to the next class up (one deck up) and one class down (one deck down). Still, liked being one deck further above the Promenade deck, just seemed a bit quieter. Read entire member review. |
