Oceanview staterooms with partially or obstructed views are a great value. They feature a picture window providing natural light and added ambience. You'll find them comfortable and welcoming with all the amenities of an interior stateroom.
Double room with small nighttable between beds - odd configuration
Sufficient space in the washroom and nice to have natural light in the room.
Cabin beside laundry room - very convenient and between 2 main elevators.

The layout is the duplicate of a standard balcony cabin but without the balcony, so you can sit and look out the window rather than having the head of the bed in that spot. Closet and bathroom are standard and adequate, except for lack of hooks to hang things on any cabin wall. Cabin opens onto a stairwell lobby: could be a problem but wasn't. Couldn't hear general announcements without tuning to channel 32; that could be good or bad.
Cabin was chosen to reduce the amount of walking: it's right by the elevators to Horizon Court and aft dining room. But most activities and all shore excursions are at the other end.
We were never bothered by noise from neighbors.
The cabin location aft of the last lifeboat means you can see out quite well while paying a reduced obstructed-view fare. Read entire member review.
