Our only real "complaint" would be our cabin. We paid an upgrade charge to go from a deck 6 interior cabin to a deck 1 cabin with a window. Having the window was GREAT! However, we inherited a cabin with bad AC. After several calls to guest services, various technicians pulling apart things in our room, the cabin temperature never got below 76, which Carnival says is in their "normal range." Even though we were still very uncomfortable and our cabin was "damp" most of the time, guest services didn't try to accommodate us in any way, which was very disappointing. Our cabin steward did an okay job, nothing impressive. Not the same service they enjoyed on deck 5, 6, 7, etc., where the rest of our family was located. Even though we were close to the lounge/area for shows, noise was never a problem. Closet space was not enough for 2 adults, 2 kids. Of course we also brought snacks, snorkel gear, etc. Window was GREAT to have! Read entire member review. |

cabin had wonderful review and was very clean , BUT it sounded like a herd of elephants was dancing above us and after days of complaining guest services offered us a downgraded room , wow really we paid extra money for a ocean view !! Read entire member review. |

We were on the Riviera deck which is deck 1. WE enjoyed being on that deck. It was close to everything.I'm just glad we were not on the other side of the ship cause my friend was there and the people across form them were very loud and kept them up all night on a few occasions.
The bathroom was a good size and so were the showers. Pleasantly surprised! Read entire member review. |

we had a balcony, which made it nice in the morning when we pulled into port. with the family still asleep I was able to sit out there and get a look at the port and the other ships. I suggest ordering room service the night before if you want a to get out to the port early. Theroom was ok for my husband, myself and our two girls (19 & 23) we joke with our daughter when she felt we were to close, that she goes to her room! The upper berth. The beds are wonderful! They were so comfortable I loved sleeping in them, the down comforters were light enough as long as the air was on. only heard doors banging when we hit port Read entire member review. |

Our cabin was great. It had a window, it was near an elevator lobby and tender exit. Noise wasn't an issue. All was well. Read entire member review. |

Noisy on port days, plumbing days, every day. Seriously, we had a wake up call every morning between 3:30 and 5 each day of one sort or another. We were midship Riviera deck with Oceanview and while the room itself was fine and roomy with all you needed, it was LOUD every early morning. Read entire member review. |
