Cabin Rating
Mediocre Experience by yippieskippy
There was a hole in the shower next to the dial. Good location as they are close to the stairs and elevators in the front of the deck which is not used by many, but noisy at times since the wall is parallel to the service elevators for staff.  Read entire member review.

Feels cramped, sofa is for one not two, hair dryer is horrible, bedding is great, window is nice, but wrong side of ship for a port view, convenient to elevators.

Cabin 1100 - wonderful cabin - we enjoyed the privacy of our balcony, but the proximity to the door at the end of our hall did create some noise.  Read entire member review.

Stateroom 1103 - A+
We loved the room but had two issues that were attended to. The toilet clogged once and the room safe's battery died and we could not open the safe. That took 30 minutes for staff to respond and open the safe. We nearly missed our bus. One would think that the suites would be at this level but nope, they are on deck 6. Deck 11 is closer to the pool and unless you need the extra room, we liked it on this deck. Aqua Class had great attendant service too. The room is serviced twice daily.

Our stateroom was comfortable, roomy (for a boat!), and Bran & Grigorio, our stewards did a wonderful job keeping it clean. Grigorio also opened the panel between our room and my cousins' out on the Balcony. This was really nice, enabling us to sit out there together for wine and good times, especially at night. It does seem that Celebrity is now having its Aqua Class passengers request canapes; at least on board the Summit. This was not the case 1.5 years ago when we first sailed on her. This was one facet of the trip that was slightly disappointing. We only received them twice, and they were both exactly the same. Celebrity is usually very creative with cuisine, so this was not a highlight. Also, to receive canapes one was supposed to fill out a card and leave it hanging on your door. One was also asked to be IN the cabin when they were delivered, which is absurd. Who is going to spend several hours of their vacation day waiting for the steward to show up with the canapes? Nuts!

We did experience some plumbing difficulty. The first time, the problem persisted for about 3 hrs., but we were told it was being taken care of. We had to use bathroom facilities elsewhere on the boat. The problem was solved, but occurred once or twice more during the cruise for shorter periods. The Summit may be starting to show her age???

Showers in Aqua Class are really nice, with the HansGrohe heads and spigots. The bath products seemed to have changed since last summer, when we cruised to AK. I preferred what they used to have. The bed was wonderful and the linens were top-notch.

Aquaclass cabin number 1117. Very nice , quiet, noise and smell free. Port side so you can see the port at Kings wharf. Bathroom average size for cruise ship. Lots of storage in cabin. Suitcases fit under the beds. Only two outlets in cabin. Bring powers trip. Balcony is decent size with nice chairs and table big enough to dine. Bed is super comfortable with many pillow choices. Room service is on time and good. More water needs to be delivered each day and the iced tea is welcoming after a hot day in port. Robes are comfy but slippers are one size fits all. There is a sitting area with sofa come bed for husbands that do not behave!!!! Shower is wonderful with a door. Glad shower curtain is out. One safety hazard ..pull out garbage can in bathroom ..make sure it is closed before sitting on the throne. Mini fridge in room..can be emptied out by steward so you can use for your own use. Important notice!!! The in room bible is located on the high shelf in the closet right between the two life the end it is appropriately!!!  Read entire member review.

Room 1122-We upgraded at the last minute from a Verandah to a Aqua Class. We had read the additional amenities but were not sure if it was going to be worth the additional $100 pp we paid. IMHO, yes! It was totally worth it. Our room was great. Seemed roomy, plenty of storage - our luggage fit under bed. The little "touches" or amenities through out the room were very nice. There was champagne and apples (apples replenished). A white Celebrity tote bag with slippers and lip balm for us to keep. Robes, binoculars, golf umbrella, lots of pillows, scent diffuser, more bath products- are some of what we noticed as extra and additional from a traditional room. The shower head and jets were great! We received afternoon canapés or cheese and crackers (upon request if you did not like the selection of canapés). Only downside of our room is that we noticed everyday our balcony would be wet and covered with soot. It was also much smaller than average (20 ft at most and I think I'm being generous). We think the soot problem is because the room was on the second to the highest deck so it may be from the smoke stacks and wet was from them cleaning the sport deck everyday??? Not a huge deal to us, just something to note. We would just wipe down the table and chairs with a towel. Also the location was somewhat "cut-off" which was good for quiet but a little challenging at first to get there. We also spent a lot of time on the stairs which was probably good to burn off all of our food lol:) We discovered on the second sea day that we could use the stairs in back of ship that went to the Sunset Bar, so we spent a lot of time there! They list "express luggage delivery" and we thought "yeah right" but we got all of our luggage before the muster drill! Our room attendants, Gregorio and Bran were awesome, if we asked for something they delivered flawlessly!

Loved the aft location and the proximity to the door that heads directly down to the Sunset Bar and the buffet was terrifically convenient! Whenever live music was playing on the Sunset Bar we left our veranda sliding door open, it felt like a private concert!

Restaurant Service by biggydave

Cabin Stewarts were excellent, they did a great job. Cabin 1133 is located on the back of the ship overlooking the wake and the BAR on the 10th deck. Cabin 1133 in on the port side which is the smoking side of the ship. Smoke from people on deck 10 would rise and , at times you could not sit on your own veranda because of the rising smoke. db..

Despite the proximity to the Sunset Bar at the rear of the ship, we were not unduly troubled by noise, except for the 17:00 performances of the guitarist, Nestor. The location is handy for the Blu restaurant, which 6 floors directly below and can be reached quickly using the nearby lift.  Read entire member review.

we had a good room but if the bed was placed under the window and the little couch next to it we would have had more room to move around. The refrigerator didn't keep things cold.  Read entire member review.
Interior cabin is best in the middle of the ship. Less rocking felt from the ship. Interior room is dark and quiet. Bathroom is nice size, shower is bigger (rectangular, not square so more spacious). Bad bad hairdryer.  Read entire member review.
Family fun in the sun! by Cruise for four
Great storage, large shower, quiet room  Read entire member review.

Our oceanview cabin #2086 was ready at 1:00pm. The cabin was very functional with plenty of space for 3 people. The only part of the cabin that really shows it's age is the bathroom. We had a few cracked tiles in the shower and some grout issues. Our cabin steward Apollo did a good job keeping our cabin clean and neat. Its a great mid-ships cabin with no noise.

Was it all a dream... by MontrealGal
Cabin #2121 - we loved it. 170 square feet with very comfortable king size bed, great view from large six foot porthole window. Very quiet, lots of closet and storage space. Very clean. Close to elevators and stairways, but far enough not to hear any noise. Would stay in the same cabin again!!! The service we got in our cabin was also amazing. Not only would the bed be made in the morning, if my husband took a 'siesta' before dinner, the bed would be remade again! Now that's service!  Read entire member review.
Our cabin was in reasonable shape. The walls were slightly scuffed, likely from impact by the twin beds. The shower tile and grout was in rough shape, with grout stained and tiles uneven. This is a problem throughout the Millennium class of ships. Cleanliness was never an issue.  Read entire member review.
Clean room. Small but it works. The only thing we thought would work better was the bed being turned long ways. It was hard for both of us to get arond the end of the bed because there was only a foot to the mirror. Oterwise very pleased with the room  Read entire member review.

It would have been a quiet cabin, but we had some loud neighbors, which was very unfortunate. The cabin was bigger than other cruiseline's inside cabin. One downside if you have children as 3rd or 4th guest: the bunk bed only has a very short railing to keep the sleeper from falling off the bed. My wife didn't feel comfortable letting our kids sleeping up there, so we the adults ended up in the bunk bed.

A Cruise To Be Repeated! by Mile High Girl

The age of the ship was apparent in the bathroom, which had a few discolored tiles and a bit of rust showing; also, the shower closed with a curtain, rather than the glass doors in the Solstice-class ships. Still, the room was adequate and had surprisingly good storage. Furnishings and linens were in good condition. Our room was mid-ship, which was great as we had some rough seas on the way down, but our movement was less than others experienced. We actually enjoyed the lack of windows, as the room was nice and dark for those vacation naps. Our cabin staff was friendly, efficient, got in and out of the rooms so quickly. Vilma was a ray of sunshine, always smiling and humming as she went about her work.

3062 is a great location for an inside cabin on Continental deck. It is near crew space, but we did not find it noisy except for one night and I told our room steward and the rest of the cruise it was okay. We really liked being there, but I must warn people when they have the gang way on deck 3 you can find it hard to get to and from your cabin when they are letting an excursion out. But this only impacted us twice in the 14 days. I liked having the gang way so close, so it was easy on and off for us.  Read entire member review.

Room 3065. Across from crew area. Noise complaint was attended to and resolved quickly Great service. Great location on 3rd level. Ocean view. Good value for money when considering a very active cruise.  Read entire member review.
This cabin had a great location. We were right beside the main lobby area affording us easy access to the kid's Fun Zone, the Dining Room, and the buffet restaurant. We never felt like we had long walks down narrow hallways to reach our cabin. This was the best cabin location we have had on a cruise.  Read entire member review.
Great location, quiet, not far from the dining room, guest services, the casino. Nice window. The storage area (aka the closets) are situated in a way that makes it impossible for two people to get their clothes at the same time, but I imagine that's going to be true in most any room aboard. Very happy with the room.  Read entire member review.

The ship is in excellent condition for entering service in 2001 and I would not hesitate to sail on her again. I loved the layout of the cabin, especially the bathroom which included adjustable/removable showerhead and large shower area with soap, shampoo and conditioner provided several times during cruise. Storage area in room was ample with a drop down bar for small items to be hanged as was storage in bath with shelves in cabinet under sink. Desk area has built-in corner area beside it for flat-screen TV, mini-fridge and drawer area. Luggage went under the bed.

This was an accessible stateroom; the room was adequate for our needs except for a few things:
1 of the outlets was missing a cover - so it was just open and exposed; I asked the steward and he said they were out of them so it couldn't be fixed. really? Serious safety issue IMO.
To continue w/ the electricity... we both had cpap machines to plug in; brought our own heavy duty cord and a surge protector to plug them into... Well when I plugged them in, it zapped and blew the circuit breaker in our room and fried my surge protector. Thank God i had the surge or it would have been our $1000 each machines... the electrician came and fixed something and brought us another cord and we were able to plug in without being zapped.
They never apologized or offered compensation for the surge protector (it was new and had just been used on my previous cruise on the breakway and we had 3 machines plugged into it!)
The floor in the room has issues; it is soft and bouncy in the high-traffic areas; I turned my ankle a few times; we swore we were going to go through the floor and fall to deck 5. There were also other areas on the ship like this; obviously there is a structural problem in some areas. (see full review).

Worn, threadbare and old soft furnishings.  Great size of balcony but not enough (or suitable) furniture to utilise it to its full capacity.    Cracked and leaking shower tiles, resulting in rotting, smelly and damp bedroom carpet.  When 3rd bed is in use, difficult to access balcony.  Handy for access to Theatre and Aqua Spa - but most other facilities some distance away.  Read entire member review.

While smaller than our OV on the Reflection, the double size balcony made up for it in spades. We had room 6028, which is one of the "sweet 16" cabins. It had ample storage space and the bed was comfortable. We were missing a deck chair but it was resolved within a few hours of notifying our attendant. The bathroom was adequate but was showing its age with a bit of mold in the shower and dingy grout. The A/C worked great and our attendants Suneil and Lancy were the best we've ever had.

Room 6046 - small room - great balcony area - nice large mirrors on wall seemed to add space. Strange sounds from the ship at night. Sounded like the ship was falling apart. Movement could be felt easily.  Read entire member review.

Our stateroom (6079) was a Deluxe Verandah category 2B on the sixth floor. The balcony was directly above a lifeboat (and an extra tall one at that), which marred the view. I feel that this should have been sold as an obstructed view verandah. In the end, we absolutely loved having a balcony, but had I known about the lifeboat I would have chosen a higher floor. The stateroom, which slept 4, was so TINY. There was a pullout chair and an upper berth which came down from the ceiling to create a loft bed. In fact, we could not figure out where the upper berth was at first and we thought perhaps we had been assigned the wrong type of room. I went to Guest Services and they explained that the room attendant would pull it down in the evening. We managed in the small space for sleeping, but closet space was an issue. I completely over-packed and there was nowhere for all our stuff!

Excellent Trip by Marty L
We were in 6137. For us compared to other suites on other ships, tight. Veranda, not maintained to standards that I've had on other cruises. Butler and maid were fine. Very quiet in the suite. Bathroom was fine. Nothing special for a suite.  Read entire member review.

Worth the money. We had a room on the left hand side, in the back. We faced NYC in NJ and the pier in Bermuda. It was quiet. Balcony is semi-private bc although there is an awning over the balcony, the verandas above can see between the pieces of awning. Dinner was only 3 floors down the closest staircase, and buffett was only 4 floors up the closest staircase. The only major thing on the other side of the boat was the theatre and gym. Other than those, everything was close to the room.

We loved our room. Plenty of storage and space for
two people. The balcony was roomy and perfect for
early morning breakfast getting some sun and even
another meal later in the day. Bathroom was comfortable
for one person. Luckily a nice vanity area in the room for the females
to finish preparing for the day/evening.

Our cabin was very nice and extremely big for selecting the cheapest ocean view room possible. We went with the "Ocean view Guarantee" and were at the front of the ship under the bridge. The shape of the ship here resulted in a very spacious room with a large porthole giving you the same view as the bridge cam. Our cabin was very quiet and very clean. There was one broken tile in the shower an outdated shampoo dispenser that should be removed. Plenty of storage and many hangers were supplied. At night you had to leave your curtains closed for navigational purposes which was no problem at all. In the morning I would get up and sit in the window with all the lights out and watch the sun come up.  Read entire member review.

The cabin was great, has a large balcony. This is a port side cabin. While in Bayonne we had a view of NYC, in Bermuda we had a view of the Dock Yard. We had three in our cabin and it was fine.

We booked late and needed several rooms next to one another so we were only able to get interior rooms. We usually cruise with balcony rooms. Definitely missed the balcony room this trip. Anyways, room was clean. Room attendant did his job. I'm sure we made it tough for him since kids were sleeping in different rooms each night and probably confused him in which bunks and sofa beds to keep out. Kids dropped the shower head and it broke but plumbing had it fixed within an hour. Only thing I would recommend was if he checked the shampoo and conditioner so see if they needed refilling. With 4 people in the room, he should have known better to leave extra towels, shampoo and conditioner without having to be asked. We eventfully asked and we got what we needed. Overall a good experience.

7094 Ample room space. Decent closet space. Bathroom layed out nicely, very clean. Balcony slightly smaller than our others and on one side had a frosted semi private glass, metal private on the other. Didn't like that. Eventually should update room carpet and tv. Great for us. Bed great size for 6' people. Excellent location on ship. Very quiet, probably because we had quiet neighbors. The location of my stateroom was on the starboard side of the ship, close to midship. The cabin was cleaned and well-maintained by my steward I Made (ee-mahday). The beds were comfortable and the linen appeared to be relatively new. No outlet in the bathroom area. Ample closet space. The veranda was great for sitting outside and watching the boat traffic in Bermuda!

We have been in this stateroom before. It's and inside cabin on deck 7 very mid-ship. It's a great location and makes getting anywhere on the ship very easy. Our only complaint is that our bathroom floor was always wet. Sometimes not so bad, and it took me all week to try and find the source of the water. Seems it was coming from the bottom corner of the shower. The grout or something needs to be redone. Other than that annoyance the room was clean with plenty of room for all our things for a 7 night cruise. On really good thing about our statement and not sure if all staterooms can do this we picked up the Celebrity wi-fi with no problems at all. It was nice to be able to stay in the stateroom and go on the internet on our tablets while relaxing.

Cabin 7171 was ideally located near the aft of the ship but not too far from center. Our balcony was a bit bigger than our neighbors and we appreciated the extra room. Room 7202 is a family oceanview stateroom with an enormous verandah. We were cruising with our 17 year old daughter, and when I saw that this room was available I called and booked it with no problem. The room can hold up to 5 however I think that unless it was 2 adults travelling with very small children it would feel quite cramped. Main room had bed that can be split into 2 twin beds. 2nd room has 2 couches, one converts to a single bed and the other to a double bed. There is a 2nd tv in this room as well. As it was for 3 of us it was perfect. Bathroom is not any larger than a typical stateroom however. This was the only thing I found disappointing with the room. It was our fist time in an aft cabin and boy we are now spoiled for life - best balcony we have ever had/seen!! It is absolutely huge, with a dining table, 6 chairs and 2 lounge chairs with foot stools. Absolutely incredible.

In comparison to a Princess cabin room, we preferred the décor on the Summit. We believed the room was bigger and the layout of the bathroom was much preferred. We knew we were having a large balcony because we were at the back of the ship but it really was a lovely surprise to see how big it actually was and because of this we ordered room service for breakfast most days - what a pleasure. There was a down side though, the balcony railings and loungers were all covered in salt and horrible to touch. I appreciate this happens during the cruise but wished they had a wipe down for your arrival. Also the glass under the railings was really dirty aswell. But on the plus side our cabin attenders were fantastic.

Our cabin was tended by "Sydney", our room steward and a fine gentlemen that was always there when we needed him. Cabins comes complete with bathrobes, modest toiletries, and one TV channel that shows nothing but the front of the ship..... it's like watching you front lawn grown by watching your TV set.... really.... We've sailed Celebrity several times and have never been disappointed in the accommodations.

First cruise so I can't compare it to anything but I was surprised at how big the room was. Stayed in a Deluxe Oceanview with Veranda. Three adult women and we had no issues with getting ready, storage or space. Beds were clean and comfortable. Our service attendant; Max was very attentive and on top of it. Never had an issue with room cleanup or turn down service and he was truly there for whatever we needed. Always working and there to say good morning or hello or have a good night.

Cabin 8035. It was ideal, large enough for the two of us, sufficient space to hang our clothes and then the balcony, not the largest but certainly a real bonus as we looked out over San Juan and sipped a drink and was well used this trip. Our cabin steward was very good and did his work well and unobtrusively. I was initially concerned that the cabin being close to a lift area would be noisy however I was proved wrong and it wasn't at all on our cruise.  Read entire member review.

Get a balcony if you can afford it. This was our first time with a balcony room and will never cruise without a balcony room again.  Read entire member review.

The cabin was very comfortable. We had a veranda cabin, 8037, right outside the forward elevators. The room had lots of mirrors, which gave it the impression of being larger, and had so much storage we couldn't use it all! If you need storage, this is the ship for you -- whether it's the large closet, 6 in-closet drawers, storage above the safe, above the minibar, on both sides of the vanity, in both night tables, and both to the side of and beneath the sink in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, especially if you like the swaddling sensation of a tightly made bed.

The balcony was tiny and of little use because it rarely was in the sun. Of course, the massive bathroom can easily fit any 98 lb. person. Me, I’m a little heavier so I just fit!

We had concierge class cabin 8070, midship. It was a relatively short walk to the stairs and elevator. Opposite our cabin door there was a wall, not other cabins, so it was perhaps quieter because of that. We found our bed to be very comfortable. A small bedside table on each side had two drawers, and lamps fixed on the tops of those tables. There was additional directional lighting overhead so you could read in bed if you wished. There was plenty of storage in our cabin. There was a full length closet with about 20 wooden hangers (some with skirt/pants clips, some without) and a shelf above, which had some extra room in addition to the life vests which were stored there. This closet also had two rods halfway down which you could pull down independently of each other to hang short items on, if you wished. The section next to this closet had the safe and 8 (as I recall) smallish drawers. The vanity/desk had two fairly large storage cubbies divided by shelves on either side. There was also a built-in wall unit with shelving to the right of the vanity. The bathroom was small but adequate. The wastebasket was built into the sink vanity and pulled out to dispose of items. Underneath the sink there were two shelves for storage as well as a two-tier glass shelving unit built onto the wall to the left of the sink. I would have preferred a glass door to the shower versus a curtain, but that was a minor irritation. I heeded one comment on the message boards about the hair dryer (having to hold down the button to have it operate), so brought my travel hair dryer, and was glad I did. We also brought a power strip, which was a great suggestion. There were only two useable outlets by the desk/vanity in the cabin; none in the bathroom, of course. The balcony was small, but we expected it to be the size it was. It worked fine for the table and two upright deck chairs provided (appeared to be new furniture). We had breakfast on the balcony every morning and drinks and a snack in the evening, and really enjoyed it. When people were on the balconies beside ours, we could hear them, but both of the couples were considerate and not noisy. The small sofa and coffee table were fine for the two of us. Most of the time, we pushed the coffe table up against the sofa to make more room to access the balcony, as you have to walk past the desk/vanity area to access the balcony. The balcony had sliding glass doors, and a light-blocking curtain (as well as a sheer curtain) which you could slide to cover the glass doors at night. We liked being mid-ship as it provided easy access to the other areas of the ship, once we learned the layout. We specifically chose a concierge cabin rather than the Aqua class (in spite of wishing we could use "Blu"), because we were worried about noise from the deck above Aqua class. We did not hear any noise from the deck above or below us.  Read entire member review.

As far as the room, we had a mid ship concierge room #8112. As far as the room, the bed was very comfortable, the room size adequate and the same size as on the Norwegian. The bathroom was a little small but very workable (you can see some of the ships age in the bathroom but nothing to complain about). The balcony was larger on the Summit than on the Norwegian. Our steward kept our room nice and clean, we have no complaints. As far as concierge balcony room compared to a regular balcony room, we would opt for the regular one, if there was a big price difference. The bottle of champagne was nice to have in the room on embarkment day but we had the classic beverage package so we really didn't need the champagne. As far as the afternoon snacks/savores, ask for cheese and crackers instead of their regular plate as there wasn't much to it. But we really didn't need it as we could get food all day in the buffet. So if it was cheaper we would go with just a balcony room.

Our cabin 8146 on deck 8 had a slightly larger than average verandah, otherwise it was a standard cabin on an aging ship. Rust on the balcony, discolored caulking in the shower, a curtain rather than a shower door... all small things made up for by perfect weather. Our cabin attendant was right on the mark though, he got us whatever we asked for and delivered it all with a smile.

nice sized room and verandah. Plenty of storage room. Beautiful view of King's Wharf and sunsets.
Mostly quiet except for doors slamming in the morning.

Room a little small and air conditioning not working great. Our cabin steward was excellent . Toilet had some issues too.

Quiet location, adequate size balcony, adequate size room. But toilet seat was cracked, shower was rusty, small shampoo for 3 people was not replaced until we asked. Little details that mean a lot, and again, do not speak the "luxury" promised in the branding. Misleading and this mis-branding is doing Celebrity Summit a great disservice.

We were in the Family Veranda cabin 8181. This is the corner FV on the 8th deck port side, 2 decks below the smoking section of the Mast bar (or whatever the bar behind the buffet is called!). We didn't smell any smokers at all, although there weren't many on the ship it seemed. Still though - smoking was most definitely not a problem. The room was very spacious - it felt like a suite what with the separate room for the kids, a huge comfortable bed for us, and an awesome balcony that was about the same size as the large room. The panoramic views were incredible, whether it be on sail away from New York or from Bermuda; in port in Bermuda with a view that stretched from Pembroke parish on one side through to the Southampton Princess, the lighthouse, and Sandy's parish all the way to Dockyard on the other side; or at sea, being able to look fore or aft, starboard or port side…it was incredible. There was a dining table with 6 chairs, 2 further chairs to sit on, and 2 lounge chairs. Meaning, yes - there were 10 chairs and a large round dining table on our balcony! The chairs were all new, or at least seemed that way (the chairs on the pool deck were all new a few weeks ago and these are a similar design).

This was really an ideal room for a family in many ways: I like the idea that the kids can't leave the room without passing through our part of the room (additional security), it just appeals to the protective side of my nature. Price-wise, this room was less expensive than getting 2 adjoining ocean-view rooms, and a bit more than getting 2 adjoining inside staterooms - though the insides don't come with beverage packages, so the math is a bit more complicated when comparing inside prices to any other room as you really need to figure our what the beverage package is worth to you. We basically came to the conclusion that this was exactly the right type of room for us, and the fact that we really enjoyed the aft-facing room we had had on the Splendour in '03, it was a safe bet. I really enjoy the feeling of these aft-facing rooms for a number of reasons: first, you really feel like you're on a boat as opposed to a floating city when you sit there and watch the wake. Secondly, the world really melts away since it's a much more private type of setting; and third, I'm a huge "sound" guy. I don't watch much TV, but do listen to a lot of music - as such, the sound of the water swishing away at the aft is just really amazing.

Room 8185 - Concierge Class We always try to book an aft cabin as we enjoy the larger balcony. We had a small table with 2 chairs and 3 chaise lounges. We enjoy breakfast on our balcony. It offers a great view and we love the sound of the wake. We have not found it to be noisy from the motors and what not located at the back of the boat. We do not feel the motion of the boat any more then anywhere else in the boat. Average closet and space - an aft cabin is our first choice for a cabin. I know on the newer ships all balconies are the same size and we have not stayed in one of those yet.  Read entire member review.

Our oceanview balcony cabin was #9005 and was ready when we boarded. we had two adults and child and it did not feel cramped. I did not find anything wrong or broken in our room. I thought the beds were comfortable and they provided plenty of pillows. It's at the front of the ship and the wing was very quiet. In the AM, I heard a little bit of noise from Deck 10 but it was not disruptive..Our cabin steward did an outstanding job keeping our cabin clean and neat. He checked on quite frequently to make sure that we had everything we needed.

Delux Stateroom Good location, balcony reasonable size for two people, bed firm but comfortable, bathroom good size, shower powerful. WC a pain to flush!!!!  Read entire member review.
Cabin 9041, balcony, standard. This is the further aft cabin before concierge class cabins begin. It is close to the forward elevator, but not so close as to be noisy. Because it is right at a jog in the hallway, the hall there is very wide, so the attendants park a cart right there. What a bonus! Instead of calling for an attendant, most of the time we could stick our head out the door and get instant service. It was a really, really good cabin location.  Read entire member review.

Showing it's age....funky smell in bathroom. Stateroom attendant excellent!

Mentioned above. Hard choice. Not for full price would I do it. For $200.00 at the end when ypu can bargain, yes, Deck 9 has the overhang. No sun. Post is no big deal.

Some noise in early morning and early evening from above, while moving chairs on the pool deck.  Read entire member review.

Great Balcony, quiet

Cabin 9070. The only problem we had was with the flooding in the bathroom from the shower. There is a nearly one inch space between the bottom of the glass doors and the step. Water easily gets under the doors and spills out on the floor. You could prevent this by putting a strip of plastic on the bottom of the door. Otherwise, the cabin was comfortable, with plenty of storage space. Despite being below the pool deck, we were very rarely disturbed by noise.

Stateroom 9074: Immaculate thanks to Michael and ZamZam. Extremely quiet. There is an overhang over your balcony which provides the perfect shade from sun and possible rain. Plenty of room on balcony for 2 to hang out and watch the ocean pass. We saw a small pod of dolphins on our first day at sea! You can see the NCL Breakaway on the horizon. Lots of storage options everywhere and big luggage fits under the bed. You face the ocean when you are docked in Bermuda (not the dockyard) which provides you with plenty of privacy. A bit of funky smell in bath remedied by an Airwick solid. Shower was not super hot but we were so the temp worked for us. We never informed our stewards of this.

Summit, Aqua Class 9100 - Tiny, tiny balcony. Barely enough room for 2 chairs and a small table  Read entire member review.

Yes Aqua Class should be booked if it is close in price to a regular balcony. All of the little perks are nice but would not be missed except for eating in the Blu restaurant

Aqua Class cabin (9110). It was spacious and had a great balcony. We found it to be very clean and nicely appointed. Very quiet. Only noise we heard was the other cabins toilet flushing on occasion.

Great balcony, spacious and roomy for sitting and for meals, quiet location. Easy and convenient access to elevators which made it very easy to move around the ship. Nice size closet for 7 day cruisers.  Read entire member review.

Great location, but a bit of vibration from being near the main stack of the ship.

Cabin was a lovely size with a balcony with 2 chairs and a table. There was a double bed (2 singles pushed together), a single bed settee and a bunk that pulled down from the ceiling. Only drawback was noise from the cafe above us which started quite early and went on quite late. Not loud, but you could hear it.  Read entire member review.

Excellent storage space. Spacious balcony with room for dining. The air conditioning was inadequate, and never really got the room cool enough.  Read entire member review.

Plenty of room and enjoyed the balcony. Marissa and Hanz took great care of us. Chester the concierge was very helpful and fun to chat with. I loved being able to run up one flight of stairs and get breakfast and bring it back downstatirs to eat on the balcony We could have ordered room service but we enjoyed the variety of the buffet.

LOVED this room. It slept 4 just fine (would sleep a 5th, too), and had plenty of storage space. The extra hall between the two cabin doors is a great place for luggage storage, too. The balcony is where this room really shines, though. It's very big, and has a great view out the side and back (very large field of view). If you want to see for yourself, go to and search for "celebrity summit 9156" (without the quotes, upload date is 6/17/2014). Some have complained about the chair noise from the bar above, and while we heard it a couple of times, it was never an issue, and I consider myself pretty sensitive to stuff like that. It was also nice to have that bar above you to be able to sit on the balcony in PJs in the evening and listen to the music from the band above you.

Room was nice. Plenty of room and closet space. Good balcony. Bed was comfortable. Room service was lacking. Took 1.5 hours to get a pizza delivered and second try took about 45 minutes for a sandwich.

We had an inside cabinet in mid-ship. The location was excellent. We were a few doors behind the customer service desk - easy access to the restaurants, embarkation and disembarkation. We didn't feel a balcony was necessary. Nothing to see on this particular cruise. Very very clean. Never heard any noise what's so ever. There's no window so for some that might not be a good choice. But across the hall those cabins had windows and they were of a good size.  Read entire member review.
This cabin has a unique triangle shaped balcony, much bigger than the cabins next door. Adequate closet and storage for 2 people. Overall a good cabin for 2.  Read entire member review.

Great cruise by rhskls
We had two concierge level balcony rooms, 8148 and8156. The size was what you normally find on a ship. It had plenty of storage. We did decide that the concierge level is not worth the extra price. We didn't care for the afternoon appetizers. But we were quite pleased with our rooms.  Read entire member review.
The Cabin design could have been better the closet door collided with the bathroom door if both in use at the same time. Sliding closet doors might be the answer.  Read entire member review.
Cabin was on the 8th deck. Was tight with the sofa bed pulled out. Had to crawl over the sofa bed to access the balcony. We kept a small table and chair on the balcony which helped a lot.  Read entire member review.
Cabin size was okay having a verandah really helped especally since door could be opened to get fresh air into the cabin. Bathroom way too small, not enough closet space.  Read entire member review.
Bermuda Cruise by kennykman
Smaller than previous cruises and a bit crowded between the bathroom and closets. Overall adequate.  Read entire member review.

Nice to have a balcony, but small room.  We chose to spend our money on the ports and not the room that we really only slept in.  We were on the 8th deck, quiet area.

7055 adjoining if you need...good for 2 if you plan to use it to sleep, found it to be quiet and a very good ride, for something so forward, a bit of a walk at times but a great value for the price. I'd book it again.  Read entire member review.
we had one of celebrity suites. Enjoyed it tremendously. Specious and beautiful. Gorgeous balcony. Every night we were looking forward to coming back to our room and discovering a new " towel animal" waiting for us. The only little negative comment- the balcony was a bit dirty. it probably was not cleaned in a long long time. But everything else- marvelous.  Read entire member review.
