We had Stateroom 1258 on the Riviera deck and loved it. It was a much larger room than what I had on Royal Caribbean, 2 twin beds that push into a king, a very comfy couch, small table, 2 nighttables, 3 closets and a do-able bathroom. The water pressure in the show was awesome! While I used my own toiletries, they did have shampoo and shower gel in the shower in dispensers as well as mini toothpastes. Our room steward always made sure we had clean towels and things were tidy. I really loved the safe in the closet. It was a great feature! The only thing I would suggest Carnival do it upgrade the TV's. They are quite old and need to move on to flat screens.  Read entire member review.

We had an outside view cabin on the Riviera deck. I had some reservation about being on the Riviera deck, since the lowest I'd ever been was the Main deck, but I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. We were even near the aft elevators, but we never felt or noticed any vibration from the engines. The cabin was 220 square feet and seemed much larger than the 185 square foot inside cabin we had on our last trip. Ocean view cabin (2152) was large and laid out well. We had plenty of closet space, but since the cruise was only 5 days, we expected that. Our only complaint was that was no real toiletry storage space in the bathroom.  Read entire member review.
