The concierge and butler were out of this world. (Especially Gary the butler). The suite (12510) was great. Very secluded, mostly quiet, nice ample balcony, clean, etc. My wife is a light sleeper and complained of noise (most likely pressure washing) on the deck above her. If we had it to do over again, wed ask for an 11th floor deck, so that wed have another cabin, vs. the outside deck, above us. (Of course, we could get noisy people in that cabin, which could be worse!) Our shower was luke warm, though acceptable. The fact that the bathroom sink water was scalding added to the annoyance, but Im sure with that many people on board, its tough to get a shower as hot as home. The piece de resistance was an in-room espresso maker. It used the little cups, and you could set it to make a syrupy shot, double shot, or full Americano style coffee. It was well used! The suite experience spoiled us and we will never go back. You get to embark and disembark first, get priority seating almost everywhere, and have a personal butler and concierge shared among just a few suites. You truly feel important. We were is cabin 12512 on deck 12. This is a penthouse with balcony. There are 4 of these rooms on this deck. They are beautiful and very large. The balcony was square and held 3 wicker chairs and a round wicker table. Protected from the wind. The bed was king size and extremely comfortable, firm like we are used to. Sheets very white and smooth , almost silky to the touch. The living area had a hide a bed sofa, coffee table and 2 low chairs.Two floor to ceiling windows gave a great view. We had a large flat screen tv on the wall and a DVD player with a selection of DVD's available no charge from the butler.The coffee machine made really good expresso, plenty of coffees available and also flavored teas.Lots of glass wear and coffee mugs and plates and silverware. The fridge was hidden in a cabinet under the desk area. Bathroom-huge! Large glass shower, full size tub, vanity with double sinks, a selection of elemis spa products. Towels were large and plenty of them. Lighting was good. Plenty of mirrors. Closets-4 double doors closets, bathrobes and slippers. Storage- massive amounts. Our room stewards were the best. They knew our names from moment one. Cleaned the room twice a day. Our Butler Henry was great. The afternoon snacks were tasty and plenty of them. I even gave cookies to the kids 2 doors down. The room was very quiet, no noise from the rooms next to us or from the jogging and walking track above us. We slept like rocks every night.. All the staff on the ship were courteous and smiling.Everyone bend over backwards to make your trip pleasurable.
