The forward facing balcony was nice but unuabale for parts of the cruise because of the wind from moving forward. We had to secure the bulkhead when we were not using it because the wind caused a high pitched whistle.  Read entire member review.

Large room, big enough balcony. Front of ship, I think I would prefer rear due to the problems encountered on homeward journey. Balcony next door was bigger, but their room was not!! Wonderful bed, your choice of pillows etc...Did not like modern couch, it was not comfortable and looked soiled but that was just the design. Lights tended to be dim and since I love to read in bed that was a minor problem. Had to get butler to get us a big extension cord in order for husband to use breathing machine...we had bought one 6 foot but it needed nearly 10. Take plugs for both voltages if you are wanting to use the few plugs provided, most were of the european 220. Room was extremely comfortable a/c and heat...stayed very constant. Best adjustments I have seen. Quiet ...with very friendly next door neighbors.  Read entire member review.

The Suite Life by DeWSkog
NCL Star's AC 10000 was perfect for the Alaskan Cruise. Well worth the expense. Room was amble, bed comfortable, and deck was wonderful. Bathroom wasn't much. We had a better Bathroom on the Pride of America with a lower class suite. Closet worked but you couldn't have it open and then open the bathroom door. The coffee maker was fancy but the choices of coffee didn't quite fit our choices. The coffee at Cagney's in the morning was better. The location was wonderful for 6 out of the 7 days. We were too high for the day of rocking. Next time we'd like to try a suite in the Aft to compare to this trip.  Read entire member review.

We had a mini suite. Size of room was nice. However, the room needed dusting and some minor attention still when we got in. the TV was really small and dated. Overall, the room seemed tired.  Read entire member review.

We had a mid-ship mini suite which connected to our sister in laws cabin with a total of 7 adults. We had plenty of space. The sofa beds were uncomfortable, but there was plenty of storage and room for movement. Spectacular views from balcony but a little upset because they no longer open the balcony doors on connecting cabins.  Read entire member review.

My cabin was satisfactory. It was a mini suite. The queen size bed was great but my son said his legs went off the edge of the sofa bed. My son isn't that tall so i hope that gets fixed soon. The service that came with the room was exceptional, made my trip  Read entire member review.
