Cabin 6056
Category 2B - Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom Veranda
Room too small
Bathroom too small
Balcony too small
Carpet had stains on it
Balcony curtains torn & dirty at bottom
Balcony door track at bottom rusted & dirty
Balcony door squeaked very loudly when opened & closed. Tried to have it fixed 2 times by staff but problem still persisted.
Toilet bowl rim under seat was dirty & disgusting. Had to tell cabin steward to clean it.
Cabin bathroom needs more towel bars or hooks to hold towels.
Notepad/pen would be useful to have on desk.
Twin beds too narrow...did not seem like standard width for a twin bed! Bed was very difficult to stay in when trying to move or turn over in bed!
Umbrella provided in room had a hole in it. Was also very old & worn-looking. Read entire member review. |

We booked a Veranda Guarantee and saved hundreds. Our cabin was on deck six forward, with a smaller balcony, but otherwise the room was the standard size. Read entire member review. |

Cabin #6086 was very quiet but the sofa was too small. Check other cabins with larger full size ones. Balcony was smaller than other ships but still big enough for 2 or three people. WE adjoined the cabin next door because of our family needing two cabins. There was a door that opened into our cabin, but couldn't hear much when it was closed. Read entire member review. |

Our cabin was near the middle of the ship. That gave us a shorter walk to the elevator. The cabin had ample storage places. We had a balcony room just above the lifeboats. I would have rather not had the tops of the lifeboats in my pictures and will know better next time. Our steward was wonderful. Read entire member review. |

Too close to the front of the ship, the view from balcony was not great. Kind of far from the back of the ship.

We had a veranda with a queen bed. It was perfectly comfortable with enough storage space and seating area. It was quiet with no noise from neighbours/hallways. Only negative it was far from the dining and pool areas - ie we were forward, everything else was aft. Read entire member review. |

Typical balcony cabin. A bit cramped but sufficient space for storage. Balcony was a must for this cruise affording the opportunity of viewing some majestic scenery as we cruised by in the comfort and privacy of our own centrally situated cabin. Read entire member review. |

Room was fine. Good views in Alaska. The balcony states as 'semi private' which means that your neighbors with the suite on your right side can see onto your balcony only if they have the blinds up in their third window. It was not an issue. Room may get noise from the hallway but we slept with the bathroom door open and that helped to filter out any hallway noise. Overall, would stay in this room again. Location to the staris mid-ship was nice. Read entire member review. |

We had Room 7163 with Adrana who was unobtrusive but efficient in everything, we are very happy.
Our in-laws in Room 7166 had Santana who was not so helpful. He was not helpful in any way that was asked for simple requests although he was quite vocal with our elderly parents telling the what they should write in the questionaire i.e. how good he was, etc. They did feel rather bullied into putting stuff they didn't actually feel about Santana's service - in the past they have had extremely goos attendants but they wre5r not so happy with Santana's behaviour and service. We were in 6091, just above tenders, but right at an opening between two of them. Location was good for both elevators & stairs, and it was quiet. Cabin was a little small, short couch and desk, and tight space at foot of bed. Balcony adequate. Storage was good. Bathroom size good with large shower. Antique wall type hair dryer & TV not a flat panel. Read entire member review. |

Our cabin and our traveling companions cabin was about midship on the starboard side. This was an excellent location for us as we were very close to the midship elevators. When you got off of these elevators at any level you were close to about 80% of where you wanted to go. For us, the balcony was a great place to watch the ship come into port. It was also a great place to just set outside and relax. The table was a little small as we could not get to breakfast dishes on the table. And it was a great place to let my scuba gear drive. Because this was a 15 day cruise we were a little tight on storage space for our clothing, my scuba gear, and luggage. Read entire member review. |

Cabins were pretty standard with other lines and the balcony was normal size; however, the shower was huge compared to what I had on other cruises. We did have a problem with bed bugs. Read entire member review. |
