Cabin 7208 was amazing. A huge balcony, no wind, views of both the port and starboard sides, and extra deck furniture. It was a bit noisy as the stateroom attendants parked their equipment outside our rooms, but that wasn't a huge issue. We were glad we were not on a higher deck however, as noise from the bar would have bothered us.  Read entire member review.

Our cabin was pleasant and a decent size for a cruise ship. The balcony was small but nice. I wish it was large enough for a lounge chair so you could stretch out. There was a reasonable amount of drawers for a 7 day cruise, but it might be tight for a longer cruise. The location was close to midship and that helped reduce feeling the movement of the ship. It was close to the library and elevators but not so close as to hear people or mechanical noise. The sound proof was adequate with quiet neighbors but you could hear thumping. The curtain in the shower constantly stuck to our legs and the water temperature varied. The concierge class was not much of an advantage and I would not pay for it again. The robes were nice, but not used much. The fresh flowers were very plain (not a bouquet). The daily canapes were repetitive and just average. The "enhanced" room service menu was only for breakfast and not very impressive.  Read entire member review.

STATEROOM 8170: aft balcony cabin. What a wonderful way to see Alaska! The cabin size seemed pretty much standard, but the balcony was huge. It was easily the size of a one-car garage; my first impression was that my Honda Pilot could park there without problem. We could feel more vibration than we have in previous cabins (usually amidships), but we did not find it annoying or intrusive. We found a single cigarette butt that probably dropped down from the smoking section on the top deck, but no ash or other trash. We loved this cabin, and would recommend it highly. We loved this cabin. I learned about it on this site- the aft balcony is huge enough for a party and lovely for room service breakfast. BUT be careful of the cabinet that houses the minibar. It sticks out at an odd angle. As I was passing the corner in choppy seas my foot hit the cabinet and I broke my toe. (Ship's medical staff is very friendly.)  Read entire member review.

Our cabin was the after part of the ship, we were on the sky deck - room 9144. This side of the ship was great since we got to see when we docked and could see when people got off the ship. Balcony was really good, however we never sat out there since it was always windy or too cold while we sailed. You don't get sun on this deck since there is an overhang...it would probably better to try to get a room on the 8th floor. The 9th floor and our cabin was in a great location since we only had to walk up a couple of flights to get to the top deck and oceanview cafe (which is where we spent of our time on the ship).  Read entire member review.

Cabins on the Concierge Level were bigger than expected with a nice balcony. The views were spectacular, though the Sky Deck rooms were a bit noisy due to the walkway just being above your head. Lots of banging, noisy walking....other than that it was great.  Read entire member review.
