Great cabin with great view! Make sure you get an unobstructed balcony...otherwise you'll be looking at a lifeboat for the entire trip!  Read entire member review.
Enjoyed the balcony and the location of the room. We were near the elevator and the steps. The room was clean and the cabin steward was very friendly. We found the towel animals very entertaining especially the monkey hanging from the ceiling.  Read entire member review.

Balcony - plenty of storage space. Great balcony. Bathroom adequate - nothing special. Beds are very comforatble - very quiet inside.  Read entire member review.
I found nothing wrong with the cabin. It was just what I expected. The only thing was that they were scraping paint outside below us and the balcony and chairs out there were full of paint spects.  Read entire member review.

This balcony cabin is located mid-way in the ship aft and convenient from the aft elevators to both the Mermaid Grill buffet and the Main Dining room, as well as to the pools & Serenity spa areas. It was a bit inconvenient during embarkation day because the aft elevators were being used to transport luggage and were closed to passengers for hours. There was quite a bit of vibration and shaking while enroute and especially during docking, apparently due to being above the rear thrusters/engines but it was bearable. The room was fairly spacious and provided plenty of hanging/drawer/shelf space. There were even large storage drawers under the sofa which came in handy for storing small bags and purchases. The beds, we were told, were replaced during the recent dry dock so were new but much too firm for our liking. There is only one electrical outlet in the main part of the room near the desk/mirror. No outlet near the bed so we were unable to plug cell phones in to charge yet have them near the bed for a clock/alarm at night. Also, had to acquire a long extension cord to use a CPAP machine during sleep and the cord had to be dangerously strung across the room. More outlets would be very advantageous. The bathroom and shower, as is usual in staterooms, was cramped but additional shelving above the vanity was very helpful. Replacement of the old TVs with a bit larger flat screens would be nice. All in all a pretty decent stateroom and not a bad location.

Nice staterom. No issues.  Read entire member review.
We traveled with our 4 ½ year old son in our room and my mother and Ninny in the room connected to ours. We stayed in 5253 & 5257. The rooms were adequate for us. We had plenty of towels. TV channels were few and far between. I know you're on vacation who wants to watch TV but with a kid it comes in hand. We hooked up our portable DVD player to the OLD 20 inch TV. (Bring your own cords) We had an Ocean view room with Balcony on the 5th floor. The entire cruise our room vibrated. Not just like the normal rocking of the ship but actual vibration like when your car has a flat and you are driving. The vent/AC/Fan never stopped running and was kind of loud. There is ONLY 1 110 outlet in each room so bring adapters or extension cords or those things that make your 1 outlet 2. When you leave your rooms hang the cruising sign out and they will make up your room. The animals they make are cute. The balcony was great. We used it a lot. Room service took 45 minutes for sandwiches no real food options.  Read entire member review.

Stateroom 5265 was absolutely everything travelers would or could want in a room at sea. I think way too many people find great joy in complaining about every possible little thing they see or think they see and many times these things are blown completely out of proportion. To those people I suggest that if you want to stay in a 5 star room then stay onshore and experience your vacation in the comfort of a Hilton or a Hyatt or the local J.W. Mormonott. If you are on the ocean then expect the boat to rock and the windows to have a little dew on them in the morning and the restroom to not be large enough to play rugby in. Its a ship, remember!

We found Stateroom 5265 more than adequate for our needs. The two twin beds hooked together to make a king bed were extremely comfortable and we slept like babies each night. The room was spacious for a ship with the bed, a couch, a table, a large counter space that was perfect for using a computer to download video from each day's dives. The television was what you'd expect on a cruise ship.  The three closets were huge and more than adequate for our needs. Four drawers were available; two large ones and two more narrow ones. There was also additional storage areas and a mini bar that we never used.

The restroom was, well, a restroom. Everything you'd ever need to make that part of your journey a comfortable one. The restroom came only with a shower but again we are on a ship and space for everything is limited. If you need a bathtub or a sauna or jacuzzi either stay in a suite or camp out at the local Hilton for a few days.

Our stateroom steward Anthony was very attentive and more than pleasant to interact with and that only enhanced the experience staying in 5265.

Bottom line from our perspective is that if we ever sail again on the Pride (and now we really want to) we will try our utmost to get assigned to stateroom 5265 or one of its neighbors. We know we will enjoy it immensely and you should also.

On cold weather days the cabins have no heat. Otherwise, good size and well maintained.  Read entire member review.

Room was very clean and location very private. Some vibration but you get used to it.

My husband and I love the water, so we never cruise without a balcony room. This was only our second cruise, however our stateroom and bathroom on the Carnival Pride was huge in comparison to the last! We chose the kingsize bed option and had a pull-out sofa with table that we did not have with the Sensation. The bathroom did not induce claustrophobia, however no matter how hard we tried, the shower curtain could not contain a human being without spilling water out onto the floor, and I couldn't shave my legs without using the toilet on which to prop a foot. Overall, the room was quite comfortable and, unlike the rest of the ship, was very tastefully decorated. We had family in the two rooms next to us so we were able to have the balcony opened up between the three of us and the furniture provided was sufficiently comfortable. The porter kept the place immaculate no matter how big of a mess we (unintentionally) left!  Read entire member review.

Cabin was comfortable however was in need of a thorough cleaning. Great location to elevators and stairs.

Great balcony! Great closet space! Nice bathroom with lots of shelves. The bed was so nice and the sheets and pillows were very soft and plush! Nicest robes I have ever seen, and we actually purchased two of them for 98.00. The fridge in the room was never cold, so if you buy a bucket of beer and bring one back, it won't be cold. We never touched the mini-bar, because we are not stupid! The room service was not that good, but was very fast and everything was always there. I loved the area of my particular room, because it was close to the stairs and elevator.  Read entire member review.

Beds need to be replaced pretty soon. When you get to your room you can see where your body will be resting for the night  Read entire member review.
