We had cabin 1364. It had plenty of room. We enjoyed being on deck 10. The only issue was the people next to us were smokers, and that sometimes traveled from their balcony to ours. The bathroom was a good size. Plenty of storage everywhere. Read entire member review. |

Bed vibrated entire cruise, air conditioning poor, furniture all nicked, coach stained, small shower felt like I was in an iron lung, could not drop anything and pick it up. TV remote had all numbers wore off and TV kept shutting off. Two people could not be in the same area at the same time. Cabin space small I think the closet was larger than the bathroom. Did have enough storage space. Beds were not comfortable, could use new mattresses and new furniture. All in all very disappointed for what it cost. Read entire member review. |

Room was tiny for 4 people, towards back of ship. We experienced rocky waters and high winds traveling to and from our destination. I could feel every movement in this room. Read entire member review. |

1388 - the big corner room on the back of the tenth floor. Best D-1 on the ship. Quiet, but a hike from the elevators. Read entire member review. |

1390-larger than normal balcony, aft view, larger than standard room in this category. No noise problems, good condition Read entire member review. |

The stern cabins were noisy with the creaking of the ship in the rough seas but the motion was not too bad. It is always a long walk from these cabins.
The room was big enough for three in one room and four in the other.

Very far aft, so a long walk to everything. I liked the partially enclosed balcony. Has connecting door.
Sofa bed should not be called a bed - too hard to sleep on, and design takes up way too much space in room. Read entire member review. |

Ample covered balcony, adequate size cabin, lots of storage, quiet aft location, very uncomfortable foldout couch. Read entire member review. |

Spacious with nice shower, though showing wear and has a cave-like balcony made completely with metal. Convenient to elevators and the Royal Promenade. Read entire member review. |

The distance from the elevators was pretty good. We liked being aft as it was easy to get to everything we were interested in. Our balcony was all steel and in the past we had one that had glass panels, liked the glass better. Speaking of glass, RCI should do away with the glass topped tables. They are shin knockers of the worst sort. I wish I had thought to put it out on the balcony... Read entire member review. |

Nice cabin, but too far from everything as it as at the front of the ship. Bed was horrendously uncomfortable. Read entire member review. |

Anyway, our cabin, 7288 was the perfect location---center of the ship for stability, yet closer to the aft which is where all the dining areas are, the computer room, and library, plus 5 out of 6 ports opened in the aft of the ship. Susan from Trinidad, our Room Attendant was superb!

The cabin was standard fare.
The bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable.
The couch was something like one would expect from the lobby
of a bank. Read entire member review. |

Very Small - had separate twin beds, so one bed was up against balcony door, making it difficult to have a morning cup of coffee. Balcony was smaller than expected. Read entire member review. |

cabin 8216 (deck 8) starboard side fwd. great location, quiet, because its above the bow of the ship when in the caribbean you can see flying fish. Cabin itself too small, dated and faded, needs a face lift, bed very comfortable. ample closet space. The balcony rust everywhere, big patches of paint that have peeled off the bulkhead, paint all over the glass on the front of the balcony, tried and worn patio furniture. Read entire member review. |

8228.
Our room was somewhat small, but this is a cabin, not a hotel room!
It was perfect for the two of us. Our stateroom attendent was amazing! Our room was always cleaned whenever we stepped out. There was really no where to put your luggage being that you do use all of the closet and drawers if you are a heavy packer like myself. There is a refrigerator.
The balcony was amazing! Beautiful for when you arrive and leave the ports of call!
The bathroom was tiny, but again it's not a hotel room.
Overall, you are on a cruise you are not supposed to be in your room!

This room was forward, about 4 rooms from the elevators. Hallways were always quiet, and never had any noise disturbance. There was a service closet and service stairs/elevators across from our room, but never had any issues. The doors were usually closed, and never heard any noise.
Balcony was nice. Room included a safe. Excellent design for space utilization. Huge closet. Old TV set not a clear picture. New linens were a place. Sheets felt like 600 thread count. Always hot water. Toilet area always had a bad smell like an outhouse. They cleaned it daily, but didn't help. Read entire member review. |

The balcony suck. When sitting in a chair the railing is at eye level with only a foot of glass (which was dirty and stained the whole cruise) below that and then metal the rest of the way to the deck. Aside from the peeling paint and rust you had to stand up to see out. The room had adequate storage and bed was confortable. The TV rarely had reception which was annoying. Loved the balcony, but you're not going to put more than 2 people at a time out there. Room was fine until the sofa bed is open, then it was crowded for the 4 of us (2 adults and a 9 and 13-yr-old). For our next cruise, we've booked two adjoining interior cabins to remedy the situation (but yeah, we're anxious to go again, so it couldn't have been that bad). Read entire member review. |

Since we know the ship we picked our balcony room on the 8th deck aft several rooms from the elevator. The cabin has adequate closet and drawer space especially since empty suitcases will fit under the bed.I leave a lot our clothes on hangers when I pack.Good thing since there would never be enough in the cabin closet and I don't over pack. This location is also above the dining rooms,an easy elevator ride to diner. The cabin was always clean but needs some spot cleaning on the carpet and sofa. The balcony this trip was very private since we had metal walls on both sides. We were a party of 3 in a Deck #9, D-1 cabin. The truly worst part of this cruise was the sofa bed. We each took a turn, it was that awful. First off, there is no way to tuck in bed linen and after a couple of turns, your shoulders and feet stick out and everything else is bunched around your waist. There is very little padding and it is impossible to describe trying to get to sleep, let alone staying asleep. Our cabin steward, Ronald, got us extra comforters and I hear that passengers do get off at first opportunity and buy egg crate mattresses. This is disgraceful and nowhere near what RCCL should be providing. Otherwise, the cabin was perfectly fine. Our many bags all fit under the bed, the beds were comfortable and I liked the bed linen, especially the comforters a lot. I am happy to see there are no more bed spreads, just the symbolic strip across the bottom of the bed during the day. One more first, my usually reliable electric digital clock went completely haywire and did not keep accurate time throughout the cruise. Read entire member review. |
