Great room! LOTS of space since it is a handicap-equipped room. Although none of us were handicapped, we somehow ended up with the room. Not even mad! Had access to an observation deck in front that it seems very few people knew about. Had a picture window that was half walkway outside and half ocean which was great considering it's technically an interior room. Would absolutely recommend this room!

Perfect room, one floor above the Lido Deck, near the pool deck doors = easy access, room steward was great!  Read entire member review.

We always book an inside cabin. Our cabin had more than enough room for the two of us (185 square feet). When we arrived the two beds were together which litied the free space in the room. We asked to have them separated, which the room stewards did for us, forming an "L". This opened opened up the floorplan for the two of us. The closets had about 16 hangars. There was plenty of hanging space, but we wished they had some more shelves. We stored our 3 pieces of luggage under the beds. There is a safe but, there was no small fridge in the cabin. They did provide a small bucket of ice.  Read entire member review.

For an interior room, it had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed. More tv channels would be nice.  Read entire member review.

Victory in Bahamas by Dominic Cusanelli
Our Stateroom 2207 was on Main Deck 2. As always, we booked an inside stateroom, however this one was actually on the starboard outside of deck 2, forward, but without any outside view. * It was larger than we'd experienced before - Carnival states that standard staterooms on Victory average 195 sq-ft (staterooms on our last NCL cruise averaged 165 sq-ft). * Rather than side-by-side or parallel, our two beds were at a right angle to each other. * No in-room refrigerator (mini bar). So, I couldn't make use of my recent habit of buying the bucket-o-beers, and storing some in the fridge for later.  Read entire member review.

Deck 2 is only seven decks away from perfection. It provides convenient access to the mid-ship facilties and only two floors down to access the gangways, something that is particularly handy on a six-top itinerary. The only thing you aren't close to is Lido deck, hence the seven decks away remark. The room was convenient to elevators and stairs and remarkably quiet. While some people have complained about loud and rowdy fellow guests, none appeared to be staying near our room. The only complaint surrounds the uneven water pressure in the shower. Normally the showers on Carnival ships have a strong, consistent stream. Victory appeared to have isues with air in the pipes leading to the spitting syndrome we experienced on this trip.  Read entire member review.

This was the typical inside cabin, could have used an update, but the rooms were clean and well maintained. We had awesome cabin stewards who kept our room clean and always greeted us with a friendly smile and hello.

Four Day Getaway by qmcmret

Room 6273 was our home for four days. It was very adequate with plenty of storage, a roomy bathroom and shower, and space under the bed to store our luggage. We also had a balcony which we enjoyed sitting on just watching the ocean go by or reading. Compared to some other staterooms I have been in, I would rate it a 4 out of 5. Our cabin attendant Glorioso was excellent. No flat screen TV, but who watches that much TV on a cruise. Plenty of other stuff to do. Comfortable bed and couch with lots of room to walk around. The only caveat would be the location, and that was my bad as I chose the room. We were very near the central lobby which extended from deck 3 to deck 8, (did not realize this)and at night when a Latin Band was playing at the bar, the music funneled straight up, and we could hear it quite loudly. While not annoying, they played until midnight. My suggestion would be to choose a cabin further forward of aft away from the central lobby, unless you enjoy background music, or will be partying until 12. I think the 8B category, the first deck of balcony rooms, would be fine.

The cabin was considerably smaller than any balcony cabin we have ever been on. We could not even get by each other. We are used to a larger cabin having a refrigerator and bath tub. We had neither.....very disappointing!!!

Lots of storage (closet, cabinets, and drawers) - small, but enjoyable balcony - no clock in room - conveniently located close to elevators - room was fairly quiet, with occasional night time music from Promenade below, but not too bad - comfortable beds.  Read entire member review.

We stayed in cabins 6380 and 6382. Across the hall from crew quarters and above the Arctic Lounge. Music didn't stop until 3am everyday. Would not cruise on this ship again. Walls are paper thin. We could hear everyone walking down the hall no matter what time it was. bathrooms very tired and no shower water pressure. The only good thing about this cabin was the balcony for escape.  Read entire member review.

Room 6398. Good location for the Lido Deck breakfast and back pool which was always quiet and relaxing. If you stay in this room you will hear the music at night if you are in your cabin. The shower is showing signs of real wear and tear; a bit gross to me. The toilet as well but the toilet was worse in Cabin 6400. Balcony was great but could have been a bit cleaner.  Read entire member review.

We were on deck 6 back of the ship with an extended balcony. Everything is at the front of the ship. We didnt mind the trek because we enjoyed the quiet on our end. The cabin was fine for us. A family however might not enjoy the space.  Read entire member review.

Pleasant cruise by michellejed
The cabin was for handicap but I doubt some one in a wheelchair could move around much, They would not be able to get to the closet and shelves and up to the vanity without moving furniture around. The T.V is also in an odd place and stuck out into the room. There is no way for both people to watch the T.V from each bed at the same time.  Read entire member review.

7240 Hallway too noisy but that was based on one individual in our hall. The bathroom mirror would not lock and the toilet would not flush completely at times, leaving toilet paper behind.  Read entire member review.

Room was nice, a little dirty (carpet needed cleaning, food was left in the cabinets from previous guests, broken light switch in the bathroom). Great balcony. Spacious room. Worth the money to upgrade.

A Just OK Vacation by bythehex
We were in cabin 7346. When we first got there the safe was broken, but our cabin steward, who we ONLY saw that first day, got it repaired quickly. It was a completely adequate balcony room in a nice location on the port side of the ship. There were three of us and we had a surprising amount of storage.  Read entire member review.

The cabin is a balcony cabin. We chose this cabin since there ware other cabins above and below, so it was very quiet. There was plenty of storage space for three people. My daughter had to sleep on the couch, which is okay for a 10 year old, but definitely not big enough for an adult.  Read entire member review.

Right by the stairs/elevator--made it easy to find and convenient. Not too noisy. Cabin is spacious when the beds are in an "L" shape rather than together as a king. Nice storage space in the bathroom.  Read entire member review.

Plenty of storage space for two adults. Deck was a bit crowded with the two chairs and small table, but was ok. Cabin was directly across from crew area and got a bit noisy in the morning especially, but not overly so. Close to mid-elevators/stairs and a easy walk to aft stairs/elevators for easy access to Lido deck.  Read entire member review.

Our WORST Cruise EVER! by lynnfisher15

The cabins have not been remodeled in 14 years and it shows. The walls and ceilings were dirty (not sure if they were smears of food or beverages or what?)

The beds were so broken down that we scheduled massages to make it through the remaining 3 days.

Above review deals mainly with Cabin 9286. Cabin could have been 5 stars but the air conditioning issue was significant enough to rate cabin 9286 three stars (3). Fix the A/C and I'd adjust my cabin rating to five (5) stars.

Cabin 2457-For those thinking of getting an aft cabin, be aware there is a trade off. Sure the cabin is more spacious, but every morning when the ship pulls into port and every afternoon when the ship leaves, the whole cabin rumbles for a good 5-10 minutes leaving for some very uncomfortable moments. Booker beware =)  Read entire member review.

Generally it was a great size. We were just on the Paradise a few months earlier, were on the 5th or 6th floor for that one, second floor room for the Victory seemed larger. Both were Ocean View.  Read entire member review.

We had an inside cabin and it stinked because you couldn't tell when it was daylight! I highly recommend at least a window. Also, the bathroom in ours was pepto bismo pink! Yuck!  Read entire member review.

We had a balcony cabin on the Carnival Victory, which was great because you have a huge window and every morning you get to either wake up to looking out over a new dock or we were just arriving at a new port. We were worried that being on the 11th floor Spa deck with Camp Carnival next door that we might hear the kids all of the time, but we didn't. We heard the kids once in the middle of the afternoon-other than that it was silent. I would stay on the 11th floor again because there aren't many rooms on that deck, it was super quiet all of the time - no noise from people running up and down the hallways like we have noticed on other cruises when we have stayed on other decks. Our room was noticeably larger than when we previous had an ocean view room and an inside room on Carnival on other cruises. Our room steward did a great job, but we never met the person. We always had a towel animal, with the exception of the first night and the ice bucket was filled every afternoon. Everything was kept neat and tidy.  Read entire member review.

We had an interior room by choice and it was fine. Enough closet and drawer space even though initially it doesn't look like it. Bed very comfortable; nice comforter; shower decent size since we have seen smaller. Great water pressure in the shower. Nice touch by providing packaged toothpaste and shampoo/conditioner and lotion (not provided on RCI).  Read entire member review.

Oh Canada! by catnap
Usually book a suite or balcony, but as I booked late, none were available. I was able to book the last oceanview cabin and was pleasantly surprised at the comfortable accomodations. Our belongings fit in the dresser and closets, the room had the ususal 'safe' and the bathroom was just fine. Very close to everything.  Read entire member review.
