Excellent. Far forward, but had easy access to the forward elevators and to show room. Could detect smell of cigar smoke at certain times. Cabin was very quiet and we didn't hear any ship noise, such as anchor or such. During rough seas (which we had a lot of), it is a long walk to dining venues.  Read entire member review.

We booked two mini-suite with balcony cabins on Dolphin decks. At first, I hesitated to book those rooms, because of the uncovered balcony. I was worried about two things. First, people may look down, so there is no privacy. But during the whole trip, it was always cold on the balcony, so there weren't many people out of their balconies. I didn't feel like that people were watching us. Second, sun and rain may be a problem. It was cold overall. Sun was a plus to keep us warm. We were lucky that we didn't get much rain. If not, it would be hard to get out to the balcony. I am very happy about the balcony overall. Our room was a really good size. There were tons of spaces and storage spaces. It was very comfortable. We had one tiny problem with our room on a choppy water day. One of the cupboard didn't fit tight enough to the wall. When the ship rocked, it would hit the wall and make a noise. Good that we only had one rough water day. If not, it may be really ignoring and hard to sleep.  Read entire member review.

Room D719-A very nice room with lots of places to stretch out..we enjoyed having the sofa to relax on..The balcony was good sized and the day we went through Tracy Arm Fjord we really enjoyed having it..It's quiet on this end of the ship with the laundry just across the hall..Makes touching up those shirts for formal night a whole lot easier.I think I like the shower/tub thing..then you do not have to worry about water on the floor..we were really happy with our room..Only thing is it did rain so maybe a deck up with at least a partial covered balcony would be best later in the Alaskan sailing season..We used our balcony quiet a bit..  Read entire member review.
