What's not to like about a JS (#1044)...big walk in closet, big bathroom with a big tub, big balcony and lots of space to walk around since it's 50% larger than a regulat balcony cabin.  Read entire member review.

Christmas on Radiance Of The Seas by Pearcedale Cruisers
We had cabin 1076 on deck 10. We loved the location and the high standard of service. The room was clean, spacious and the quality of finishings very good. the toilet seat was not the most comfortable but with the design of the plumbing there were no issues. Loved the bath tub and easy access to the bath, shower and wash basin. Wardrobe was more than ample and accomodated all our clothes easily. Overall I would hope to have this cabin again when we next travl on the Radiance Of The seas.  Read entire member review.

The junior suite was spacious, and worked well for 3 older adults. It had a sofa bed ( made up to be very comfortable by our stateroom attendant.) The bathroom had a bath, and there was a walk-in wardrobe which doubled as a change room for us. It was all in very good condition, furniture seeming to be recently upholstered, and the carpet in good condition. We enjoyed it very much.

If you can book cabin 1100.....do it. You'll fall with the huge balcony, fabulous aft views, quietness and size of the room which is bigger than the other junior suites at no extra cost.  Read entire member review.

America the Beautiful! by cruzin_ga_gal
JS 1100 is a fantastic room. The closet was large enough for two and we had plenty of unused drawer space. The bathroom is plenty large and the bathtub/shower was nice without being cramped. The balcony was extra large and held two lounge chairs, two regular chairs and a table. We could have easily put more chairs and another table out there and still had room. Being on the fantail of the ship, you can see the full view instead of just one side. We chose this room specifically for this reason and it was wonderful going into and out of Hubbard Glacier.  Read entire member review.

1100 - great cabin! Had large walkin closet, bathtub, and extra large balcony. The balcony had 3 large lounge chairs, 2 regular chairs and a table. No noise from the Windjammer above. Also there was just one day when we noticed a tiny bit of suit from the engines. Great room! Loved the aft location. It really did feel like it held off the wind. Loved seeing both sides of the scenery at once even if it was from the back.  Read entire member review.

Nice quiet location, the trade off being a long walk (fine with us, work off that tasty food!). Loved the bathtub and the big closet, though I did not figure out until the night I was packing that there was a light above the doorway inside the closet. The huge balcony was a real treat, and the reason JS 1100 is so sought after.  Read entire member review.

1522 rocked and rolled in the high seas, but it was a fine location. Balcony was pretty unobstructed, and we had a bird's-eye view of the people on the bridge guiding the ship into dock. This cabin is very near the forward elevators and stairs, and it's a short walk up one flight and through the solarium to the pool area. Very quiet location.  Read entire member review.

JS 1540 has a great walk-in closet, nice unobstructed balcony and very quiet. We only heard a bit of noise the last night and it wasn't excessive. The beds were very comfortable.  Read entire member review.

Our stateroom was great, plenty of closet space for 18 days of clothes, coffee maker and a kettle for making tea and a mini fridge. Plenty of room with a good size balcony, the view is a little obstructed by the overhang of the deck area above but this only a hindrance when taking photos. The bathroom is a good size with good cabinets and a shelf under the hand basin. A bath tub incorporating a shower which can be of concern for older people as it is quite high to step to get in but there is a well positioned grab rail to assist you. You will get some noise from the pool deck above when the crew are arranging the deck chairs early morning however it didn't bother us. The cabin is located close to the Centrum elevators and stairs or a short walk to the forward elevators. On this ship I would be happy to have this stateroom again.  Read entire member review.

STATEROOM - We were in JS 1548. What a great room in a great location. We were close to the elevators, had plenty of room for the three of us to move around, and the pullout bed was great for my son. He loved it. The balcony was nice, especially being our first one. It would be hard to go back to an oceanview room. The only down point was the bathtub. Although it was nice to have one, it was set higher than the bathroom floor. I am 6' tall and literally my head touched the ceiling. You have to be careful stepping out as well. Since the tub floor is higher than the bathroom floor it is a big step and I almost fell my first time. This room is not for everyone for those reasons. The walk-in closet was nice too!  Read entire member review.

Great location - perfect for Alaska.  I'd heard comments that because the entrance to the cabin was the first off the Centrum that others kept running into others as they left the cabin.  We didn't have this problem. However, because of how the balcony juts out onto the hump, there's little privacy - not for this cabin - but for the grand suite next door.  If you are out at the rail, you will see your neighbors.  Read entire member review.

Overhang needs work. Chipped paint, exposed metal, and rust all around greeted the occupants of the cabin.  Read entire member review.

We had two interconnecting Junior Suites - 1580 and 1582. Starboard Side. These were great. Clean, spacious and tidy. Loved the walk in closets - meant we could unpack everything and store our suitcases in there without any clutter in the rest of the room. The bathroom was large with a normal sized bath and shower combination which we loved. My youngest Daughter (15)actually had a bath twice on this cruise rather than a shower and quite enjoyed it - these were on calm days so there was no "wave" pool action in the bath. Our bar fridge kept everything nice and cold as well. The only thing I would mention is the full sized lounges in each of the staterooms need a damn good clean as all the piping and some of the cloth is yellowing from lots of use!  Read entire member review.

Great cabin on deck 10. There is a little noise from the Windjammer above at odd hours. Not really a problem. I did suggest a fairly cheap solution to much of the problem (trolley wheels on tiled floors). I wonder if anything will be done. We can recommend this cabin.  Read entire member review.

Huge balcony, large room, walk in closet, big bathroom, full bathtub and shower, full size couch with pull out sleeper, large desk/vanity, old TV, table and chairs on balcony, two lounge chairs on balcony, long walk to the cabin from the elevators.  Read entire member review.

RADIANCE HAS SHINE by 'tilnexttime
Junior Suite 1602 Deck Ten. Rear of the ship facing aft. Very spacious. Wonderful closet and storage. Comfortable bed. Ample bath/toilet facilty - well trimmed. Room furniture was showing wear but not objectionable. Pleasant decor. Balcony was spectacular size and view. Highly recommend the "end-of-the-world" experience facing astern. Bit of a hike from mid-ships but quiet as a church back there. Overall 5.0.  Read entire member review.
