Great suite. Close to everything. Suite attendant should be given a raise in pay. She was the best I have ever had. Her name is Patricia from Lima Peru.
I cannot imagine having a category lower than a suite on Royal. Read entire member review. |

Room 1060 is a Grand Suite located mid ship. We had a larger balcony than most and would have really enjoyed it but for the weather. We loved the location. There was an owners suite to our left and no other room to the right. We were near the stairs and elevators, but did not hear noise from either, Read entire member review. |

The Cabin we stayed in (1060) has probably the largest balcony on the ship. I got into a discussion with a Royal Suite passenger who insisted that the RS balcony is the BIGGEST. Not so, we've been in the RS on this ship. 1060 is on the bump with TWO full size windows/patio door and the balcony extends out about 12 feet on the "fat part". You can stand at the bulkhead railing and look aft and see into every balcony all the way back. There are two deck recliner chairs and three regular chairs plus a table and you could still do a waltz with all the space. Although next to the centrum elevators, we heard nary a sound all cruise. The Concierge lounge is mere steps away and the Windjammer is up the stairs one deck. We really liked this cabin. The service we received from our cabin attendant was superb (Stephen) - we are very late risers and somehow he still got the cabin tidied up! Read entire member review. |

Suite 1060 on Radiance of the Seas is perhaps as good as they get before you pay for an owners or royal suite. It is roomy, has a bar & good storage, the lounge is comfortable, bathroom excellent but the winner is the balcony. It is big. We had a family dinner (4 people) out there and could have invited probably 4 more. If the right cruise comes along again, we would have no hesitation in rebooking it. The attendants on Deck 10 all have plenty of experience and I guess they get to attend to the Suites because of previous ratings, well it makes sense because ours was magnificent. Grand Suite 1532. Very quiet, tenth floor, towards the front elevators. Spacious, comfortable, tons of storage room in drawers and closets. Lots of room in bathroom including 2 medicine chests and 2 deep drawers plus room under each sink of the 2 sinks. A short walk to the Centrum Elevators and the Concierge Lounge. Very spacious and luxurious suite. Lots of closets. Large beautiful bathroom. The balcony is small. The location near the Centrum, the Concierge Lounge, and the elevators is very central and convenient. Read entire member review. |
