A GREAT room if you suffer from travel sickness. It is low down in the ship and near the middle of the deck. I usually have to go to the Medic for a jab, but with my Kw-ells, Phenergan and this wonderful location on the ship, not this time.... Bliss. Size is good, bathroom good, closet space great, TV is a wide-screen ( who has time to watch it), very clean and the cabin steward (Noell) excellent. There is no porthole or window, so you rely on the provided night light to wake up in the morning. I recommend that if you're a heavy sleeper, you book a wake up call if you are going on an early excursion.  Read entire member review.

5048 Wheelchair accessible, very quiet except for the shutting of doors which happened regularly. Nothing could be done about this noise because it came from the employees crew areas, but we got used to it and after a few days we forgot it was there. Great cabin. Quiet location, excellent cabin steward, Irfan. Two nice sized full length closets, one closet with shelves and drawer space. Flat screen plasma TV, interactive account and room service on TV. The shower was awesome, much better than Royal. Only one 110Vac outlet on the desk. Sideways cabin next to attendants storage room. Lots of noise from the storage room as well as some white noise as the smoke stacks are in the white area behind the stateroom. Similar to 9167 but the noise in 9161 is louder than in 9167. We had 9167 last year on the same cruise. Most likely would not book this room again.  Read entire member review.
