Great balcony, even though it was only a Navigator's veranda; comfortable bed; the split bathroom was great for privacy and as a time saving element. Read entire member review. |

The cabin was nice for a cruise ship room... it was on the small side but not too bad. It was nice to have the balcony with the glass wall so that our 4yr old could see out also. Read entire member review. |

Our cabin was excellent. This was a "special" Navigator's Veranda that was converted from a Veranda room due to a partially obstructed view, and I mean PARTIALLY. It is on the starboard side, aft. There is room to sleep three as this room has no pull down bunk. It does have the split bath, which was outstanding. There was a sofa that converts to a bed, a small table in front of the sofa and a desk. Next to the desk was the TV which was on an arm that allowed it to be adjusted to be seen from virtually anywhere in the room. The veranda had a small table and two chairs with plenty of space to move about. The "obstruction" was actually helpful in shielding us from the wind at times. Being on Deck 6 aft meant we were just 3 decks right below the Beach Blanket Buffet and very near the Animator's Palate restaurant, which was also the location for our muster station. To the aft on deck 7 and 8 were small public balcony areas that were also excellent for viewing the wonderful Alaska scenery. All very near the the stateroom. The laundry facility was midship on starboard side, which made it readily accessible but not so near that we had to deal with the foot traffic. I don't think there is a better value for a stateroom anywhere on the ship. Read entire member review. |

Our family of 3, Mum, Dad and 7 y/o daughter had a navigators verandah with large porthole above railing, room 7124.....absolutely LOVED it, would book this room again if we sailed the wonder again....why?...well the room was perfect for the 3 of us, queen bed, sofa bed for the little one, separate bath and shower was awesome, plenty of storage, hanging space, balcony was magnificent, took photos of blue whales from our balcony, nothing beats fresh sea air and wonderful views of sunsets and moonlit nights, having a wine in the evening and your private deck or a coffee in the morning is a wonderful experience. We were on deck 7, 4 rooms from that nice private little rear deck 7....uh-huh check it out!..2 decks from the buffet or 3-4 decks from the dining rooms....absolutely quiet and a absolute joy! A note on the cabin. We were in 7620 which was listed as a 7a (navigator's stateroom). This cabin actually has a plexiglass rail and not a port hole. On some boards I read that this is what is referred to as a "secret balcony". It was nice as we paid the price of a less expensive balcony but got such a nice one.
