Cabin is much smaller than the Holland America website suggests. There is no sofa, only a single chair. The walls are a bit offset, resulting in a non-rectangular cabin. When the beds are together, this results in about 6 inches of clearance along one side of the bed. The port holes are OK, but a full-size interior cabin would be preferable. There is some noise when the anchor is dropped but that's to be expected. What was surprising was the loud "thump" of the water hitting the hull during a night of moderately rough seas. It was enough to wake me up on several occasions. The bathroom, however, is a good size. There is a full-sized bathtub. We have never had that on a cruise ship before. Read entire member review. |

Cabin 1893, starboard toward rear of ship, was a good choice for an economy outside cabin. Although deck 1 has some drawbacks as far as access to public areas, the room was more than adequate and had plenty of closet and storage space. There was some unusual noises on several nights (sounded like Marley's ghost dragging chains) but not a serious problem. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. One other drawback was no refrigerator. We've always had a small refrigerator in our cabin and missed not having one. They do provide ice buckets and plenty of ice. Read entire member review. |

Lots of closet room, curtain between closet area and bedroom. Bath is dated but has real bath tub and good shower pressure. Some black mold around shower and tub. Beds are comfy. Bring power strip for electronics as there is only one outlet in state room. Dated hair dryer in bath, bring your own.
This deck is underneath walking deck, so it did get noisy, but we weren't in the room that much, so it didn't matter. Some ship engine noise toward the end of the cruise. Stateroom is showing signs of wear and tear. Porthole for viewing. Nothing special but cheap! Read entire member review. |

The ship was clean and it continued to be cleaned throughout the cruise. Our room was clean, spacious and with plenty of drawers and closet space and quiet. Read entire member review. |

3380 was a great cabin. One floor up to the dining room, promenade deck right outside our window. The atrium was a short walk forward, elevators were nearby and the gangway was usually one or two floors below. The view was partially blocked, but we could still see the ocean and the shore. Ship movement was minimal, bed was comfortable and we could only really complain about the DVD player which gave up 15 minutes into our film. It was replaced a few days later... Probably one of the best cabins we've had. Read entire member review. |

The cabin was a good size, outside cabin with a window, the carpet was badly stained, hair dryer was the old one, that burned the hand it got so hot.The smaller one was stashed away in the back of the top drawer of the vanity. The closets were very ample and had lots of storage space. The beds were very comfortable but the pillows need improvement. Read entire member review. |
