Dolphin Deck, great location, close to housekeeping office, close to stairways to tenders, and to lifeboat station, easy on off ship from this location, no waiting in crowded hallways, or elevators. one flight down, and one flight up to get off the ship. lighting in cabin is terrible for make up!! bed is under the window, makes it hard to see out without getting in the middle of the bed!! Window needed washing. no refrigerator! lots of storage. safe is easy to use. close to front elevators. Read entire member review.
The cabin had the room configuration we wanted, seperate sleeping for the two kids, boy & girl. Upper berth and couch. There was considerable noise from thursters used for docking and leaving dock. The noise from the propellers other times resembled an airconditiong compressor running. Had no trouble sleeping.
The bathroom was really spacious. Very impressed with the size and sink area to put all our bath items on. Read entire member review.
Terrible cabin (1964). The sounds of the engines, the vibrations from the thrusters, the coldness from the open aft area all combined to make this, quite frankly a miserable experience. Unfortunately there was no other available cabin for us to be moved to, or so we were told. Honestly? If you are assigned this cabin, cancel your cruise. Yes, it was that bad.
