2 lower beds convertible to 1 queen-size bed, bathtub & shower. All DD-category staterooms have a partial sea view. All HH-category staterooms have fully obstructed views. G and H cabins may have portholes instead of windows.
Our ocean view cabin 1914 was better than we expected. Ample closet space. But no one told us about a deeply disappointing usurious charge of $2 per day ($52 per trip) for a fridge. I needed it for storing medecines. It annoyed many on board although stewards did renew ice buckets twice daily. Just the hassle of going to the front desk to order a fridge and then the subsequent wait was an imposition. CRT TVs will be replaced shortly in a refit. The beds were supremely comfortable with plenty of room to stow luggage underneath. [Unlike the Queen Victoria - nicknamed "The Queen with no draw(er)s."]
We were located close by a D deck engine room access door which when opened emitted an alarm to ensure its closure. It was awful and went off at all hours for the first three days of our 26 day cruise. Appeals to the front office were ignored until I took a recording of it and demonstrated it on my ipod speakers and suggested that a visit to the Captain's corridor might occur - then the alarm was disconnected within ten minutes and a note of apology given.

Our cabin 2713 was all the way aft on the starboard side of Deck 2. It had a picture window which looked out on the stern of the second deck. There was an 'emergency exit' which led to the stern deck of deck 2 where a flight of stairs led to Deck 3 Promenade Deck. Great because one of our friends in 2711 smoked and it was easy egress to the open deck and a place for him to smoke. There was no disclaimer or notice to "not use' this exit, so it became a quick way for us to exit rather than walk down the smelly hallway. Read my comments above about the habitability of #2713. #2076-Last cabin at the end of the hallway, Main Deck (deck 2). It is right next to the door leading to the aft 2nd floor open deck. It turned out to be GREAT! It was like we had a whole back deck to ourselves. We could also access the 3rd floor from this aft deck. Very nice! The room did have vibrations from the engines. Was it horrible, no. On the aft deck, it did have noise from the engines. Was it horrible, no. This room had portholes. No problem. The paint on the portholes was sloppy tho. Very good size room. Lots and lots of storage space! Big bathroom.
