Paradise lost by jobysarah
Our cabins M191 and M193 were as spacious as can be expected on a ship the size of the Paradise. The bathroom was adequate and the shower was quite large with excellent water pressure. The beds were very comfortable. The room accommodated three people with ease, but it would have been crowded with a fourth person. Housekeeping was excellent. Room, however, was dated, windows were stained and metal around windows was rusty. Cabins were very noisy in the morning beginning about 6am.  Read entire member review.
Quiet location with the exception of screaming in the middle of the night by rowdy passengers. Ample closet space, nice wide restroom, great view of the ocean with life vest storage in a corner which served for convenient desk. Be warned that there was only one electrical port. So it was slightly difficult to keep our electronic objects charged.  Read entire member review.

Not up-scale, but did the job. Not like a "cheap motel" like some people say...more like a Motel-6. Not near as much motion as the front or back of the boat.

There were four of us in one cabin with a window. We didn't expect a lot of room and we weren't disappointed. The room was clean, the bathroom was sufficient, and our steward cleaned the room like twice a day. Honestly, in a room that small, you only go there to sleep or change.  Read entire member review.
NEVER AGAIN!! by Cruiselover593
Had to literally climb over the bed to open the curtains to see out of the window, terrible. Very small rooms, extremely hot water, almost too hot. The toilet quit flushing for awhile, closet space was ok.  Read entire member review.

For 3 adults it was not a convenient cabin. There was a "bunk" bed that folds out halfway down wall. Not easy to get up & down. The window was dirty & scummy. Toilet plugged. Very noisy all night when you try & sleep. Bed was comfy & the steward was great AFTER we tipped him...

Our Cabin was very well maintained. We had to split the beds because it was impossible to get to the back bed. Many people complained about the set up and we told them about splitting. The storage is more than adequate. Bathrooms are good and shower pressure is excellent. HOWEVER, the hot water is VERY HOT and you need to be very careful because it will adjust itself while you are showering. Our steward Oswald made towel animal every night and we looked forward to coming in to see what he had done. We felt the steward went beyond his duty and tipped him additionally.
The hallways are quiet but the walls in the room are a bit thin and you are subject to hearing your neighbors.

Nice sized closet (2 doors and one "open" closet to hang jackets). The hallway was a bit noisy (lots of kids running around). We weren't that far from one set of elevators but didn't hear too much noise in that direction. There was a bit of a smell of cigarette/cigar smoke in the hallways.  Read entire member review.
nice location, quiet area, right near hallway with elevators.  Read entire member review.
We had two ocean view cabins side by side. Plenty of room, great closet space, nice big shower. Our cabin R199 had flooding in the bathroom twice but luckily nothing of ours was ruined.  Read entire member review.
We were on the lowest passenger deck, but I have to say the location, to the aft, was quiet and convenient to the elevators. We literally left the cabin, went a few steps and took the elevator straight up to either the entertainment of the Queen Mary lounge or up to the outdoor dining area. Even when the ship was rocking, we did not feel much movement where we were.  Read entire member review.
Wonderful rooms on this ship large and comfy...BUT no refrigerator? No hair dryer? Hmmmm. Kinda need those! Great view, O.K. beds.Love the shower size! No ice bucket? Come on really...... but overall loved our outside room.  Read entire member review.

The cabins are a little older and dated. The bed linens were also well worn and the beds were not as comfortable as they were on some newer ships. The cabin was a decent size and actually it seemed bigger than some newer ships I have been on when the beds were separated. We had an ocean view at R204, which was very conveniently located near the elevators and restaurants. The TV was small and did not rotate and there was no refrigerator. There was a safe and plenty of room in the closets. I think a refurbishing would give this ship exactly what it needs. But, overall, for an ocean view room I would give the Carnival Paradise a 7-8 out of 10.

Aft cabins very loud from engine  Read entire member review.
Great view. Close to elevator but not too close to be noisy. Forward cabin so not too much hallway traffic.  Read entire member review.
R57 Cabin size is nice, but horrible set up and such. 1. Suitcases won't fit under the bed 2. NO hairdryers (they don't mention this) 3. Life jackets not in upper closet as normal but in a big wooden box thing in the corner that blocks access to one side of the bed. 4. TV is still a tube and takes up LOTS of space with questionable service 5. Our room had a locker room smell to it. 6. Bathroom was nice and shower was great. Toilet did not flush the best though. 7. Only ONE electrical outlet for the whole room. 8. No thermostat in room. On and off dial in the ceiling for COLD air only and this ship was kept COLD.  Read entire member review.
DRUNK WITH FUN!!! by DeeLindo

Cabin was clean and had enough room for all 4 of us with the beds folding down from the wall. Ocean view was nice and relaxing. Our Room Steward, (Tree) was totally great! Made us feel very special with his attention to us. We were below the Paris Lounge which was great because we were always close to the food.

Deck 6 in the fore had noise from the thrusters and anchor while the ship maneuvered or docked, maybe not favorable if you like to sleep in, but otherwise wasn't much of an issue. Elevators in the fore go straight up to the gym and mini golf deck  Read entire member review.

Cabin E38 - Empress Deck - dented walls, ceilings, morbidly drab in color.  Read entire member review.
We were in U215 and U219. Great place but far from the elevators and I don't like being in the back of the ship. Room attendant was great.  Read entire member review.
