The space was fine. Having never slept with my back to the window before, I thought it was weird, but this isn't the cabin's fault; I chose this cabin! Beware, though, the outsides on this level are under the promenade, and the workers are up early setting up deck chairs and doing some other repairs or things which make noise above your head very early! I didn't sleep as well as I have on other cruises.  Read entire member review.
Very spacious cabin even for four. The sofa is full length and doesn't block the cabin while in use. For two the cabin would be really nice. The bathroom is also larger then most with a tub/shower and it was recently redone. Excellent value.  Read entire member review.
I was in cabin E675 on the Ryndam. It was a full window ocean view ( not a port hole). Room was kept very clean, always had ice in bucket. No fridge. Had to order one for $2/day. Very quiet room. Queen bed. A lot of closet space. Shower and tub combo.  Read entire member review.
Ryndam is a gem by lilybay
I traveled solo for the first time on a cruise ship. My cabin was more than comfortable. There was tons of storage and everything worked well. I was in cabin 691 which is all the aft on the main deck. I loved that I was able to climb the little stairs straight up to the promenade. I could get outside quickly in this manner and I often used it to get to and from my cabin without walking the long corridors inside. The only problem with this room happened twice in the middle of the night. A metal door was banging just on the other side of the wall aft of my cabin and it took them a while to 1. believe me, and 2. fix it. This meant a sleepless night as it would start banging again about two hours after they said they had fixed it for sure. The second night this happened they fixed it much more quickly. Next time I will seek a room that is at least one room away form a working deck. They gave me a book on appetizers as an apology. I would have rather a ships credit or night at the Pinnacle.  Read entire member review.
Perfect cabin. Large with lots of drawer space. Great ocean view. Quiet.  Read entire member review.
Great for motion sickness sufferers. Quiet room.  Read entire member review.
Deck A, right above the boiler room (?). The door next us said crew only. We were at the extreme end of the hallway aft. VERY NOISY, especially when the anchor was being lowered. Small room. The weather made for a rocky trip and our beds, and us, were shaking with the movement. We were glad when the motion settled down.  Read entire member review.
Never Again! by spudmuffinxx
Lower deck, middle of the ship. Great location on days/nights with rough seas. Cabin was large enough, large window, enough closets, bathtub in bathroom. Average bedding - nothing great.  Read entire member review.
