Porthole cabin E9, Empress Deck, two portholes. Plenty of room for two. Shower only. Two outlets by headboard and desk/vanity. One outlet in bathroom. Loved the location on Empress Deck and an 'ocean view' for an inside price. Read entire member review. |

The PT Cabin was fine! Plenty of room for the two of us, and the portholes gave us light and a view. The only problem was the noise and vibration when they were having trouble getting the anchor to "Grab"! The big ledge in front of the portholes made for a good chorale for our towel animals! The rooms were a great value, with slightly more room than a standard inside stateroom, 2 port holes, enough storage, and except for when we anchored in Grand Cayman, no noticeable noise or other issues. We missed the extra room that comes with an ocean view or balcony room on a larger ship, but for a quick 5 day cruise these rooms were fine and a great value! Read entire member review. |

Had the beds split into twins which made the cabin feel much larger. Beds were firm, I prefer pillow top but didn't request an egg crate. I always need more hangers but there was ample closet space and shelves. I appreciated having the use of the room safe. Some noise as we were so close to the working areas. Port hole area provided additional storage space! Read entire member review. |

The room was quite nice comfortable beds. However, some how the booking had us not as a couple & had to fix the beds no big deal our room steward quickly took care of it. She was truly amazing. The room was bigger than expected and bathroom as well supplied with some toiletries but we did not use. Nice touch though. It was also quite large.
The bathroom did have a sewage smell so we made sure to keep the door closed all the time.
No hair dryer so we had to ask for one. Note to remember to bring own hair dryer ( something i haven't packed in years). The negative ---cabins were being infiltrated so bad by smoke (via ventilation system) it triggered an asthmatic reactions in both myself & my daughter in the adjoining cabin. The cabin was spotlessly clean. In contrast to the public spaces, the cabins are plain. Our cabin was an interior-porthole, which is the same as an ocean view but with two small portholes instead of a picture window. The shower was bigger than on Princess Grand-class ships and had awesome water pressure. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Read entire member review. |
