Well decorated, well laid out, well lighted, attractive, superior sheets and towels. Krishna did excellent work. He was able to help with personal requests and he spoke French to us when we asked him to.

Cabin 8502
Dec 2016
We had 4 adults stay in this room with plenty of space and privacy. The room is large, there are two vanity's a queen bed with a separate room area with bunk beds. plenty of room in the 2nd sleeping area. The sofa is a little small for a pull out, you would have to be a kid or sleep on an angle to sleep comfortably. There is a mini fridge and plenty of storage space. The main bedroom area has a smaller closet compared to the bunk bed room. The bathroom is very small.

A huge disappointment. By: amirabella
Too crowded for 4 people to tolerate each other for 13 days. The bathroom was especially tiny. The housekeeping however, was excellent trying to keep the room up around all of our stuff.

Bucket List Trip... By: jozef13
Upon entering and settling into our stateroom, we noticed that it had not been "cleaned". Yes the bed was made, the bathroom was stocked with towels... however there was food all over the floor. Oatmeal, bacon, potato chips, etc. There was also a substance that appeared to be bodily fluids on the nightstand. We also discovered that the bathroom was not stocked with paper products and the shampoo/body was dispenser was missing from the wall. I will not bore with the details. It did take a considerable amount of time (almost 7 days) for the hotel staff to take ownership and rectify the situation that could have been resolved immediately. Turns out no Stateroom Attendant had been assigned to our stateroom and they “drafted” a general janitorial staff member to assist in flipping staterooms. They did eventually assign a Stateroom Attendant with decades of experience and he (Bobby) was truly fantastic. The room itself was spacious. Really no complaints...except for the smell of cigarette smoke. Seems it was working its way up the crew/emergency stairwell from the deck 5 crew area.
