Both cabins were very good with quite a decent view out of the “fully obstructed” windows as the cabins were by the end of the respective lifeboats, so there was diagonal view as well as over the top of the lifeboats. However 6071 had a lot of bad fumes coming from the air conditioning at times and became uninhabitable because of this as the cruise progressed. We moved to cabin 6051 because of this, which was better, though some fumes still came form the air conditioning at times. Read entire member review >>
A small cabin, but well designed and space was used efficiently. The bathroom is small, but again well designed. The decor is pleasant and the room is light and airy with efficient air con. There is sufficient wardrobe space but it should be noted that the view from the picture window is fully restricted by a lifeboat. I was aware of this at the time of booking. I had a superior twin for sole occupancy, with obstructed view and best of all – no single supplement! It was a nice welcoming cabin with bed, sofa bed, very large window (with tender outside), twin wardrobe with safe in one half, three drawers and the smallest bedside tables I have ever seen! There was excellent storage in the bathroom with a corner mirrored cupboard and shelf under the basin. The large flat-screen TV was interactive and mounted on an adjustable arm. There was a hairdryer mounted by the dressing table anda tray with tea and coffee making facilities. Read entire member review >>
B - Superior Outside Cabin. Comfortable but not spacious. Very good view but similar cabins had restricted views. Hallway very quiet, our locations are near engine shafts and seemed noisy. Read entire member review >>
we had a superior outside cabin with picture window on the main deck. There was not walk way outside so we had good views and nobody walking past. Made up to a double it was a bit cramped, but on the plus side there was plenty storage, the cases fitted under the bed. There was tea and coffee making facilities which was nice and not expected. The bathroom was agin small but compact everything you need. You dont really spend alot of time in the cabin so overall very pleasing. They also had a television with films and sky news and sport which pleased my husband. Read entire member review >>
