Each week, we choose five cruise reviews written by our members, one of which is showcased as the Member Review of the Week. In the spotlight this week is Cruise Critic member cricketts
‘ recent cruise to the Western Caribbean aboard Royal Caribbean’s Navigator of the Seas
Overall Impression: Navigator of the Seas felt like the perfect marriage of the Voyager and Freedom classes. And everything on the newly refurbished ship appeared fresh and new.
Onboard Highlight: Chops Grille always has been a tradition for cricketts, who fell in love with the new pretzel bread and cheesy potato tots on their recent visit.
Port Highlight: Cave tubing in Belize, which was complemented by some delicious “home cookin'” for lunch.
Don’t Miss: The R Bar — in particularly the Chocolate Cheesecake Martini.
Watch Out For: The beach in Roatan, Honduras. With more tour operators utilizing the beach, it tends to get very overcrowded. Tip: Book a private tour with a reputable operator – Roatan has had crime issues lately – or try snorkeling.
