      Several years ago, when I booked a May cruise-tour for Alaska, my wife was less than thrilled – “Who wants to go to Alaska? It’s just snow and cold weather..”. That May was one of the warmest + driest that Alaska had seen in years.
      When it was all over, my wife had changed her attitude 180 degrees and was overwhelmed by the
      sights and sounds we witnessed. Glacier Bay and the Mendenhall Glacier were incredible in their beauty as was Denali Park and surrounding mountains. If you get a chance to go, bring lots of memory cards for your camera!

      Amen!!!!We took our first cruise to Alaska to try something different.We have been back 8 times.and going again this May. It is always stunning and breathtaking. Its Disneyland for people that love mountains and wildlife.
