After a great deal of driving and sightseeing on their last few vacations, member harrylime and his wife were ready to unwind.
The Staten Islanders treated themselves to an Aqua Class cabin on Celebrity Summit — their third cruise with the line and first on the ship. After enjoying a quick transfer to Cape Liberty, they were onboard within minutes.
Having sailed Celebrity Infinity three years back, the couple immediately began comparing the sister ships. What they discovered was the same level of charm, with Summit being slightly more attractive.
En route to Bermuda, harrylime and his wife felt “at home” with the ship’s intimate feel and their cozy cabin. Their balcony provided just the right amount of space and shade for breakfast and flipping through a good book. At first, they were afraid of feeling confined to Blu (the dining venue for Aqua Class guests), but ended up surprising themselves by going every night.
The performers — more than the shows themselves — impressed the frequent theater-goers, while trivia competitions and other games brought them new friends. Read harrylime’s full review to find out the highlight of his cruise.
For their efforts, harrylime and four other Reviewers of the Week — caribbeanpuss, trixiegal, Chris555 and marec — receive Cruise Critic logo items.
