You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers. Every other Friday we will bring you a piece of reader feedback and our response. Have a question about cruising? Notice an error on our site? Want to just drop a comment for our consideration? Submit your own feedback by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org, and maybe we’ll select your submission for our next Feedback Blog.
This Week’s Feedback:
“I will be doing an Arctic Cruise with Adventure Canada on the Sea Adventurer next week. I would like write a review on my return, but this ship and cruise company do not come up on your list, could you please add them, thanks.”
At Cruise Critic, there are many cruise lines, ships and ports that we’d like to add to our site, but there is a process to do so before stories and articles are live and available to view. This process involves researching (often sailing the ships firsthand), editing and launching these pieces, which takes time and resources. Because of that, we have to make priorities. We generally do so based on line/fleet size and popularity, but that’s not always the case. Sometimes if we have overwhelming requests, we’ll move it to the top of the list.
Many of the requests we receive (including a recent one to add Viking Skadi) are already on our list of to-do’s. Others — like Adventure Canada — we do not already have, and so we add it to our list. We always appreciate it when a reader has experienced a new line or ship, and is eager to share that experience with other readers and Cruise Critic members.
Please continue to send us the ships, lines and ports you want to see. Chances are, we want to see them on the site too!
