Your Feedback: You Ask, We Answer

June 28, 2013 | By | No Comments

You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers. We might not always have an exact answer, but we sure do try, and we respond to every feedback e-mail we receive — even the blank ones! Reading all of your comments and questions got us thinking it might be a good idea to collect some of the most common inquiries and answer them on our blog. To begin, we thought we’d address some of the question types we get most often.
Booking a cruise:
While we are not a booking or travel agency, we can provide tips and advice for planning your next cruise. I find our best resource for helping find the exact cruise you’re looking for, is our Find a Cruise tool. With input areas for everything from time, place and desired ship, to length and cruise style, if there’s a sailing out there for you, this tool is bound to find it. The new hotels tab also allows for easy browsing through hotels in your port city.

On when to cruise:
If you’re concerned about the best time to cruise — high or low season for your itinerary — check out our Best Time to Cruise feature, with specific details about a dozen different cruising locations. June is a peak time for many regions.
Ports and ships:
Questions about a specific ship or port? Don’t forget our member reviews page, where those who have been onboard might have the information you’re seeking.
When in doubt, ask the cruisers. Our thousands of members on the boards are an invaluable resource to answer even the most specific question.
Something we hope to bring to you on a regular basis, this blog will feature a real piece of feedback (no names), and our response, for your information, curiosity and general enjoyment.
Have a burning question about cruising? Notice an error on our site? Want to just drop a comment for our consideration? Submit your own feedback by e-mailing, and maybe we’ll select your submission for our next Feedback Blog.
