Norwegian & Carnival: “Like a Cadillac Compared to a Kia”

   I agree, as I get older, I appreciate the finer things that Norwegian brings versus Carnival. It’s also like comparing a Hilton to a Holiday Inn. Are you there for a nice vacation, or just a place to slepp.

   I wouldn’t say Carnival is compared to KIA. KIA makes some great vehicles which are just as good as Cadillac. The last time I was on a Carnival Cruise I felt it more compared to walking around Walmart then to Macy’s. That would be a better comparison.

   I agree about the differences in quality of cruise lines. Now that you’ve taken the step up from Carnival to NCL, take a giant leap and try Celebrity. We’ve been on 17 cruises (so far) including Carnival, NCL, Renaissance, Royal Caribbean, Princess and Celebrity. We’re leaving this weekend on a Celebrity Equinox cruise, our favorite cruise line.
