Is One Really the Loneliest Number on a Cruise?

We’ve done a lot of solo sailing, but for some folks we understand: It can be a daunting proposition. That’s why we’re impressed by reviewer of the week furrygirl‘s willingness to throw caution to the wind — off her booked balcony cabin for two — when her sister bailed on their cruise to Alaska. Despite furrygirl’s apprehension, her solo cruise on Royal Caribbean’s Radiance of the Seas was her best cruise ever — thanks to the gang of shipmates she met at the first night’s dinner. Sister?
