Coming This Weekend: Live From Norwegian Dawn!

September 30, 2011 | By | 4 Comments

This weekend we’re setting sail on the newly refurbished Norwegian Dawn, along with at least several dozen Cruise Critic members. (Yes, our correspondent, Cruise Critic editorial assistant Shayne Rodriguez Thompson, joined the Roll Call!) Destination: Bermuda. While Shayne has an internal library of cruise facts that she can spout out at the drop of a dime, she’s a cruising first-timer out to answer those questions every newcomer has: What’s it like to be in a contained area with a couple thousand people for days at a time? Did she bring the right type of clothing? Will a hurricane strike? Will she get lost on the ship? Are deck chair hogs really that bad?
She’ll checking in daily, and would love any feedback, advice or tips you have throughout the week. Of course, questions are welcome too.

If they are on board be sure to check out the band Next Stage, the guitarist is UNBELIEVABLE!

Don’t miss the dockworks glass blowing company — they may have a certain porky type animal you can get!

I would like some pics of the suites. We are staying in the 2 bedroom family suite in March and wondering if that’s been updated at all. Also, I would love any pics of the inside of the ship herself! Thank you.

Be sure to look up & listen to the duo, Margie & Sam. Tell them their friends Bobby & E said “Hey”
