I loved our cabin. I know our ship is a generation older than the new ones that have beds that face the windows, but frankly I didn't see where it mattered. Our bed was right next to the sliding doors, just parallel to, instead of perpendicular. Great view, roomy cabin. I would maybe avoid our cabin number if possible, just because we were the last one, next to the public bathroom for the rear lounge area, so sometimes we would get some maintenance noise from that. The engines also seemed to rattle our room a little more when they were moving fast, because I think we were right over the rear engines. Most times it was nice and smooth and quiet, and it was awesome being steps away from the free cappuccino/latte machine (there would often times be lines for this machine, and since our room was right there, we could time it so we could get in and out fast).

Not a suite ship.. a little cramped! Good storage and air conditioning. Loved the floor to ceiling french balcony.

Very pleased with our room. We anticipated a small room because it was a river boat, but we had plenty of room to store clothing and suitcases stored conveniently under the bed.
