Just a few months from launch, Seabourn Odyssey's exterior is really taking shape. The name of the ship has been added to the bow (can't really see it, but it's under the scaffolding). Moving aft, Seabourn's trademark funnels were lowered into place on April 1, 2009.
Typical of the line, accommodations are located forward and public areas aft -- apart from the Observation Bar above the bridge, covered in protective white plastic in this shot. Those curved, forward-facing windows on the three decks below the bridge? That's the view the inhabitants of six of the biggest suites will enjoy. The bottom-deck windows running along the front half of the ship are the only staterooms without balconies (some 90 percent have 'em).
