3/4 oz BACARDI® Superior Rum
1/4 oz melon liqueur
1/4 oz Peach Schnapps
2 oz mango mix
2 oz pina colada mix
Dash Blue Curacao
Editor's note: Midori melon liqueur would work nicely in this recipe; Rose's Cocktail Mixers offers mango and pina colada mixes. To make the blue sugar rim for the edge of your glass, try coloring granulated sugar with liquid food coloring.
1. Put all ingredients into blender except Blue Curacao; blend with ice.
2. Make a blue sugar rim and put dash of Blue Curacao in the glass; then pour the drink out of the blender cup.
3. A piece of fresh mango, a cherry and a parasol complement this drink as a garnish, but if the mango is not available it can be substituted with a piece of pineapple.
