Other Cruise Line Alcohol Policies
Carnival has a few signature bars, a handful of which were added across the majority of the line's fleet under its recent FunShip 2.0 upgrades. The RedFrog Rum Bar -- which is found outside on Breeze, Conquest, Dream, Freedom, Glory, Liberty, Sunshine and Triumph -- features Carnival's own ThirstyFrog Red microbrew, as well as several other bottled beers and specialty mixed drinks. Its rival, the BlueIguana Tequila Bar -- available on the same ships as RedFrog -- stands adjacent, and there's a bit of friendly competition between the two. The Alchemy Bar, where bartenders in white lab coats concoct "prescription" drinks for various "ailments," has a neat vibe. You'll find it on Conquest, Freedom, Glory, Liberty, Sunshine and Triumph. Sports bars are present on all ships; several were revamped and now have an affiliation with EA Sports, providing large-screen TVs for watching sports and checking out the latest video games. Passengers can also enjoy cocktails at the sing-along piano bars.
