Excellent. Our steward Andrew is the best. Andrew worked very hard to anticipate our every need and was always available with a big smile. Our room was cleaned twice a day and he is very helpful in all aspects. Many thanks Andrew for looking after us Read entire member review >>
This cabin was similar to one we had on Liberty eight years ago. It's not huge, but very efficiently laid out with PLENTY of storage, and I overpack! We had four suitcases with us - and all fit under the bed. We did bring an over the door shoe holder to store a lot of odds/ends on the bathroom door. There was plenty of room for our clothes.
I picked this cabin location - forward on Deck 8 - near the forward elevators - for its convenience both the the Solarium and to Central Park. We were going to 3 of the restaurants there - plus spent a lot of time at Vintages. Central Park is beautiful - particularly at night. Read entire member review >>
The cabin was a typical cruise ship cabin. Nothing remarkable--good or bad. In my opinion, having a balcony is key as I love to hear the sound of the ocean and feel the breeze. Read entire member review >>
Cabin was fine for two people. It was small but expected for what we booked. The cabin itself was in a perfect spot not far from the elevators but far enough so we never heard any noise. Our bed was by the balcony which was nice. We loved being outside, beautiful balcony with no obstructed views. Overall, I would stay in this room again. Read entire member review >>
It was an balcony cabin. RC doe not give you coffee machines BUT you can order room service or walk down the the prominade (floor 5) and get coffee 24/7 (complimentary) or Starbucks ($) when they're open. It was the normal stateroom we always get (minus the coffee machine) with the usual comfortable bed, roomy bathroom. The TV has very few channels and with many channels on a continuous loop. If you like to watch the news at night, only CNN International is available. No weather stations to keep up with the snowstorms back home while you're nice and comfy warm...LOL. Generally one does not expect the cabins on a cruise ship to be very large, however even though we stayed two people, the beds were extraordinarily comfortable, we had a desk because I work continually and I got very well.
The bathroom is quite small, the clothes storage areas are barely enough however if one fits well.
We enjoyed the balcony very much, the views are extraordinary and as a summary I can tell you that we liked it very much. Read entire member review >>
Bed right by balcony door, nice ocean view while lying on bed. Balcony small/average size. Lighting in cabin has nice ambiance at night. Shower puts out good strong pressure. Read entire member review >>
Our cabin was beautiful and clean. The room was very comfortable for the 2 of us. It had plenty of closet space and room under the bed for our luggage. We sat on the balcony a lot. We ordered room service for breakfast a couple of mornings so we could eat on our balcony - it was really nice to watch the water go by. We enjoyed it more on days when we weren't directly facing the sun, which made it hot.
This cabin is close, but not too close, to the stairs and elevators. The location of this cabin makes it convenient to the Amber Theatre, the spa and fitness center, and the Solarium. The dining rooms are on the other end of the ship. Read entire member review >>
Loved having a balcony. We enjoyed the 8th deck since so close to elevators/stairs and Central Park (we could just walk through there to get to front of ship pretty easily) Read entire member review >>
The cabin was bigger than I had thought. We had a king bed with a small couch and a nice desk area with a big mirror to do makeup. The balcony was the best. We were able to see the crystal blue water and loved watching the boat dock and load up. Read entire member review >>
Cabin 11140 is forward on the port side. The balcony had two chairs and a small table, which we used daily. We appreciated the cubbies and hooks to store items. We did feel some rolling and pitching on the first two sea days due to very high winds, but this was ship-wide due to the weather rather than our specific cabin location. Read entire member review >>
Clean, well laid out standard cruise line cabin. Very effective and comfortable. Does the job of giving 2 people a nice, comfortable and satisfactory room for a week or more. Read entire member review >>
Excellent centrally-located cabin with lots of little spaces for storage. Better balcony size than Carnival ships, but same "hump" in the middle of the bed (twins converted to king). Great soft bedding and pillows; comfortable bed (on each side) and clean. The location of this cabin was perfect; close to forward elevators, one floor down to Central Park (great for quick morning coffee!) As with other cruises, we never heard anyone on either side of our cabin and only heard a child run through the hallway one time; couldn't even hear the sea waves when the balcony door was closed. We spent 12 days in this cabin and loved the location. The stairs were right outside our door but we never heard a peep from other guests. This is the deck with Central Park... we love to eat in the specialty restaurants so it was very convenient. We didn't have to mess with crowded elevators at mealtime. I would definitely stay in it again if given the chance. Read entire member review >>
Nicely laid out. Enough room for all our clothes. Bathroom nice size. Shower AWESOME! Bed extremely comfortable. Deck was nice size with a table and two chairs. Loved the view in the mornings and evenings. Room steward was always helpful, yet unobtrusive. Read entire member review >>
Hot tip - some of the cabins have bed up next to closet and desk area nearer the balcony door. Every other cabin has bed next to the balcony door and desk nearer the closet and room exit. Definitely a better set-up to have the bed by the window. We had a hard time fighting around the bed each time to access the closet. My daughters were in 7306 and theirs was in the more preferable configuration. Read entire member review >>
Well appointed balcony stateroom. Air conditioning could stand to be a little cooler on hot days.
The soda and snack stock for sale in the refrigerator was in the way and put in a drawer for the cruise. Housekeeper barged into room on checkout day while we were packing to inventory the stock. A bit tacky.
Nice balcony and fairly roomy bathroom. Overall adequate storage. Electric plugs in short supply bedside. Read entire member review >>
The room was fine, always clean and taken care of. We liked having a room on deck 8 which has Central Park. My husband could go get coffee each morning at the Park Cafe. An each night we has drinks at the bar the Trellis Bar before going to bed. We just loving having a balcony and were with 2 other couples and have the balcony dividers opened. We had a Superior Oceanview Balcony cabin. The cabin was large enough for two people, however, it would be cramped for three people. My complaint is about the bathroom sink. It is not shallow enough so when you wash your hands or face; water splashes on the floor. We were always using a hand towels to wipe the floor! Read entire member review >>
Nice cabin! Enjoyed the balcony and ocean view. Like most cabins, storage space is limited, but the space was well designed. The ship is HUGE. No room is near everything, but I loved and needed the exercise walking to the different places on the ship. This room is near the middle of the ship, which I liked. Read entire member review >>
Cabin 9718 was really good. The location was quiet and had easy access to all of the other deck amenities. We would highly recommend it, especially if Koko is your stateroom attendant. Read entire member review >>
Very Nice. What we paid for. What we expected. What we got. Our state room attendant, Chris, was great. Always had a smile when he saw us and acknowledged us by name. A lot of fun. Read entire member review >>
Great view at embarkation, sunrises, sunsets, and especially in port. No noise. We were able to take partitions down and make a grand balcony out of 5 staterooms together in our group. Read entire member review >>
The room was more than sufficient for a my hubby and me! Love that it had a couch..not crazy about the closet with the doors (made getting in there a bit difficult)...bathroom was a decent size! And you can never go wrong with the balcony! No outside noise! Large hallways! Read entire member review >>
Well planned, if a little smaller than on Freedom and Voyager class ships for a similar category. Beds extremely comfortable, but not as much bedside storage. In room safe far too small. Bathroom well organised, again slightly less storage, but adequate for 2 people. Shower enclosure slightly larger than on Freedom and Voyager class. Balcony good and deep with great furniture. Looked after by a fantastic stateroom attendant, cleaned thoroughly each day, provided everything requested. Read entire member review >>
We had cabin 10274, so deck 10, about four cabins from the lobby. It had a lovely balcony and I'd recommend balconies again just for the peace and quiet. There were three decks that didn't have any public areas on them, deck 10 being one and so it was exceptionally quiet. Read entire member review >>
Both cabins fabulous. Balcony cabin aft portside was wonderful. Deck 7. No noise at all. Second cruise inside cabin forward starboard Deck 9 was very quiet also. Easy access to lifts. No problems with either end of ship or either side of ship. If anyone is on a budget definately book inside cabin. A big saving allowing you to spend more money elsewhere on holiday. Our room, 11676 on deck 11 was fantastic! The rooms alter the bed and couch as you go from room to room. We had the couch first when you enter then the bed and balcony. The rooms on either side of us had the bed first when you enter then the couch and balcony, It doesn't make a whole lot of difference. We liked it with the couch first when entering because it seems to give you better access to everything. The room space is creatively constructed with tons of space and little cubby holes to put things away. We had 5 suit cases and had no problem storing everything. The iPod docking station and flat screen TV was a plus. We loved the ocean view balcony instead of the inside park view balcony for we love to see and hear the ocean. The Bathroom showers had a cool round design, small but were well constructed and worked great. Note: Watch the steam from the bathroom keeping both that door open after a shower and the balcony door, if it gets to steamy the sprinklers can go off which happened to a room a few over from us and all their stuff got soaked. We heard they got taken care of and all ended well, no electronics got damaged however, it was a huge inconvenience for them, the water takes time to be shut off and they had fans blowing for days. Nice location. Very quiet even though across from crew space. Can get from one end of ship to other on this deck. Located near elevators and stairs. Convenient to get to amber theatre/comedy club/studio B/spa/solarium. Read entire member review >>
14662 Close to aft elevators. Great location. Quiet. Directly below the beach shop that closes in the evening - no noise at all. Large overhang on the balcony from the top floor, so no rain problems. Bed next to closet - hard to pack. Will try to get couch next to closet next time. Read entire member review >>
Pretty good storage for two people. Quiet location. I seemed to hear the people next door from their balcony when I was inside with the door shut. Nice to have a larger size table on balcony. Read entire member review >>
