Our cabin was a little too far forward. Besides the long walk to the elevators, we heard sounds (and vibrations) from the ship's bow thrusters, as the ship docked in the morning. Last year, our cabin was a few further back gtoward the stern), and these sounds were not heard. Read entire member review >>
Big disappointment. The room attendant was pleasant enough, but was on her cell phone constantly. The towels were crunched and wrinkled like they had been stuffed in a tiny dryer. There was a stain on the couch. I was shocked at the quality. Read entire member review >>
Cabin was a bit smaller that used to on the Celebrity ships we normally cruise on. We found we were tripping over each other......need more room to move. It was very clean and the attendant was great....she cleaned the room quickly and we hardly ever saw when she did it. Read entire member review >>
Our cabin steward, Tommy, was one of the best we've had in over 50 cruises. He was polite, focused, and always professional. Leave the cabin for 30 minutes and one comes back to a spotlessly clean, organized, ready-to-go cabin with all the amenities. He should be teaching others how to provide excellence in service. Standard Royal Caribbean quality and comfort. Great location...forward above theater, below solarium pool and short walk to Central Park on same deck. Unless you have to have a balcony or want to spend the extra money for a balcony, this OV cabin with a huge picture window is excellent. Read entire member review >>
Cabin with Balcony was great. More room than I anticipated. Liked having a couch in addition to the bed. Balcony was particularly nice when in port. Cabin attendant kept the room clean. Read entire member review >>
Our cabin was pleasantly big. It was narrow though. The room attendant was awesome, she kept our room very clean all the time. The bathroom was a bit small too, including the sink to wash your hands, etc. Read entire member review >>
We had adjoining ocean view rooms at the very front of the ship. While nice we had a lot of extra room because of the angle of the ship, because of the angle no one could stand by the window because it gets very narrow by the window. Still a mostly quiet area. Read entire member review >>
Surprisingly spacious, had everything you needed including a docking station which not only allowed you to play the music on your I-pod but charged it too!
Lovely bathroom with a fantastic shower.
We were right at the front of the ship so had a large window and a little extra space. Read entire member review >>
Best cabin ever!We normally take inside cabins but upgraded to be with friends. The Ms normally likes to have a 'cave' to recuperate.Room is at the front of the ship with a long, fixed, rectangular window on a sloped wall. The floor under the slope is is useless EXCEPT for your clothes and suitcases.Truly enjoyed spreading out!Did look like a dorm room after a few days.Ultra quiet and convenient.Adult area four floors up and nice for breakfast.Gym was 4 floors down.Loved it and the steward was very attentive. We were welcomed in by our State Room Attendant "G.G" she was absolutely -- undeniably fantastic. She was extremely helpful in helping us to get our bearings on where we were and how to locate our state room a little easier based on where you were on the ship. She without a doubt made our boarding and cruise experience an ultimate pleasure. A Big Thanks to her.....The State Room with the Balcony was Perfect - Deck: 14 State Room: 704 Outside Balcony -- Dock Side Read entire member review >>
3182, on Deck 3, nice cabin very close to the front bow elevators. Nice ocean view stateroom. The only issue is that its right under the Blaze Disco and after 11pm you hear the thump, thump, thump of the music. Its noticeable, if you are very sleepy you can sleep through it but you can hear it.
In terms of movement I did not feel anything, for the convenience of being so close to the elevators, I would book it again !! Read entire member review >>
Great view out the huge front windows. Not as far a walk from everything as I had feared. Very quiet. Had to keep curtains tightly closed at night so lit from the room didn't affect visibility on the bridge (we were a few decks directly below the bridge). Read entire member review >>
The forward facing cabins on deck 9 felt more spacious than they really are because of the sloping front wall and large window. There was another 25-30 square feet of floor space that gave the room an airy feeling and was also useful for storing luggage and shoes on the floor instead of in the closets. Otherwise the rooms were adequate in space and the closets were offer plenty of storage space for our clothing. There was a safe, but it is not large enough to hold a lap top computer. The bathroom was adequate and the shower stall was not too small, though you had to watch your elbows (and we are not large people). We did not notice much motion and the rooms were very quiet being so far away from the engines (except during docking when the bow thrusters made the whole room shake). We found that two of these rooms cost the three of us about the same as one balcony room, which we found to be a great deal given the extra space, two bathrooms, two televisions, etc. Highly recommend these for families.
