The ship was very nice, and the crew was outstanding. The food was far below what we have enjoyed on other Celebrity ships; the main dining room (MDR) menus were lacking in variety and creativity; we blame the corporate office for putting out such a poor, poor menu - it was definitely not up to prior Celebrity cruises. My wife contracted Covid aboard the Norwegian Spirit during cruise of Alaska and Hawaii. She died aboard the Norwegian Spirit on Friday, September 8, 2023. This cruise was wonderful in every aspect. The food and service were exceptional in the Lido market, the scenery was magnificent, seeing whales and sea otters magical, and there were places to find early in the morning to be alone and take photos of the sunrise.
