Our TA warned us that we would be "ruined" after sailing on Seabourn...he was so right!
From the embarkation to debarkation we were treated like Royalty.
Each moment was a new experience. The Staff met our every need.
Entertainment was over the top! Kudos to Robert amazing Cruise Director, and talented Singer!

Spent far too much time and energy planning this cruise and cruise tour. The web site and app. is not user friendly and response time is hit and miss likely causing us to book our next cruise with another company. Otherwise I would have rated this cruise a solid 4, maybe even 5.

We have travelled with Celebrity several times and always found it to outstanding.
Unfortunately we did a back to back sailing from Vancouver to Alaska and then back to Vancouver.
The second leg of our trip was most disappointing. There were changes of crew in Alaska, who weren't as polite or friendly as those on the northbound trip.

We got quite a bumpy start,,, our first stop in Alaska before heading to Japan was cancelled. I was really looking foward to see the inside passage and Ketchikan. We thoroughly enjoyed our Alaskan cruise on the Crown Princess. The Crown has a promenade deck which allows you to walk around the whole ship. The Crown Princess is an older ship but well maintained and clean. Our stateroom was a Vista Suite aft on the Dolphin deck. The food was amazing. We are loyal Princess Cruise passengers, and this was our tenth cruise with Princess, first trip on the Crown Princess.
