On Deck 2 you can here everything! Our room was by the luggage/engine so you was able to here all strange noises. The room and bathroom were small and out of date. The twin beds were like futons not comfortable at all standing on white rails. The bathroom had a leak... maintenance had to remove the padding on the floor and put a air machine to dry the floor (smelt some mold) both persons including myself in the room have allergies. Room was just very disappointing Read entire member review >>
The cabin was ok but a little small but what can you expect on a ship unless you have a companion with you and need bigger maybe or what ever the situations.......over all in general there not to bad..... Read entire member review >>
We didn't care about the size of our cabin, because we haven't spend much time in it except when we were tired and went to take a nap or slept at night, but overall it's spacious, and it had room for everything we needed. Our room attendant was quick and efficient, he made our bed and cleaned our room very quickly, was helpful in answering our questions, and we enjoyed having those towel animals on our bed every evening. Location of this room was ideal but the beds were terribly hard along with super flat pillows so beware. Ask for padding if need be. We only realized too late that we could get something to help. Other then that the room was extremely small but was super clean so that made things a bit more tolerable. I was glad that we at least had a port hole window to look out of. All in all, the room was probably the only thing that bothered me but we were only there for in and outs and naps, so it was tolerable and didn't try to dwell on it more then that, after all, i was on vacation. But next time we will definitely look into getting a nice room with balcony. Read entire member review >>
The pull out sofa needs extra padding, I could feel the hump in the center. Mattresses need to be replaced my cousins stated that there was not much padding in mattresses 'felt like laying on a cot". Read entire member review >>
Our room was slightly dated, but very clean. Joson, our steward, was awesome!! He always seemed available, and kept our room tidy. We had a decent size window, not just a port hole. Read entire member review >>
I liked the cabin and location. Of course more outlets would be good. I bought a multi-use charger ahead of time and that was very good for charging the boys multiple iPads and phones and such. Read entire member review >>
Cabin 3242 was close to the theater but far from the dining area. Since deck 3 does not go through the ship you have to go up to deck 4 or 5 to get to the dining room. No big deal for us but for someone with limited mobility, it could be an issue. The cabin was fine but typically small. The area was quiet as it does not get much foot traffic being near the front of the ship. My wife found the decor harmonious. The couch seemed a bit worn but other furnishings seemed fine. The bed was comfortable. We loved the linens. On nights when the seas were high you can hear the swells crashing on the bow of the ship. Not a bad thing for us but some may not like this part of the cruise experience. Read entire member review >>
